The menu is clearly marked. Lots of choices. Food was delicious. The waitress was great, labeled the order as an allergy and assured me it was cooked separately. When they brought out the food they said it was GF. When she brought the hot sauces she told me she checked and everyone she brought out was GF. I felt very comfortable.

I got gluten free take out and it was great! Everything was labeled and when I picked it up they mentioned how the entire order was gluten free. Didn’t get sick at all and the food was delicious! I’d definitely go back!

Dang it. This used to be my favorite restaurant chain, but I've gotten sick here AND at other Chang's locations. Their gluten-free practices or training or something must not be good enough, because my reactions were violent. It was definitely more than a little cross-contamination.

Gluten-free menu that clearly states steps to prevent cross contamination. They have a separare kitchen area, plates and wok for gf foods. You can ask for gf soy sauce. Servers are knowledgable and the food is delicious. I asked if the non-alcoholic beverages were gf, the server said he checked and he thinks they are but couldn't guarantee it since they get ingredients for those from outside manufacturers. I really appreciated the dilligence and honesty.

My experiences w their Gfree have been awesome until recently on 3 to go orders. The portions and higher price for GF are disappointing. I’ve loved the Chang’s Chicken - I’m hesitant ordering after recent orders

Be warned that they changed the recipe on the Pad Thai. I got a noodle dish with meat, screambled egg and sauce with RAW & COLD carrots, green onions and bean sprouts on top. (I requested no peanuts). I called to complain bc bit looked like someone was lazy and only cooked half the meal The manager told me it was the new recipe and presentation... I won't be ordering that again. Previousal Review I have never gotten sick. I like that they use separate plates for gf, so you can verify they brought you a gf meal. Just ask and verify if it doesn't come on the special plate and verify the sauces when they come to the table.

The staff have been knowledgeable about gluten free dishes and aware of cross contamination safety on each of the 8 or so visits there. There's a separate gluten free menu with a good selection, even appetizer or child portion.

All staff is trained. Gfree food is served on different dishes. Food tastes great. I've never gotten sick here (celiac).

We ordered: Chicken wraps, Mongolian Beef, Garlic noodles, and the egg drop soup all off the GF meany and had no issues! We ordered it to go and they were really understanding of our needs. I would eat here and order out again as well as recommend them to any one who is gluten free because of Celiacs! Such a relief to find good food at a nice restaurant I can eat at!

Love PF Chang's!!!!! Come one GF chinese food!!! Their dedicated menu is great and they are always improving on it. They have added some more yummy dishes lately! Never had a reaction or any type of problem. Staff is amazing, I can order how I like it. We get take out all the time too! Love the email coupons for 20% off!

Excellent GF menu (with almost all GF entrees being dairy-free as well). The food is delicious - you would never know it was GF! And the restaurant is well-trained at giving you a safe plate of food. This is my go-to restaurant for GF.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.
