The hostess and server were super kind and welcoming. The menu is marked for items that can be made gluten free. We are also dairy free (anaphylactic allergy). The server had the manager print a menu of options that were safe for us. The list was abysmally short - Pad Thai was the only entree we could choose, and it is not my favorite dish. We chose to leave & the server was very understanding.
In short, the people who work there are awesome, but the options for multiple allergies are severely limited.

Visiting from sweden. The service was great and they had respect fir glutenfree food. The menu was marked up so it was easy to see whats GF. I had the broccoli beef with rice. It was delicious. The only thing that could be better is a glutenfree beer option 🙂

Ordered from the gluten-free menu. Everything was marked gluten-free on take out containers but it wasn't. I was sick and covered in hives for 3 days. Called and spoke with the manager who said they would have the regional manager call me back. Never got a call back. I will never trust that restaurant again.

I've always enjoyed eating here, but I won't be back. After waiting for 40 min. (not during a busy time), my order of Mongolian beef arrived with random shrimp pieces in it, which made me really nervous (wheat allergy + celiac). My new order was brought out 10 min later but they told me that they were out of GF soy sauce. So, I waited 50 min for my food, nervous about sending it back, & it's dry with no soy sauce & the beef was so chewy that I had to cut it into small pieces because I couldn't take bites out of it. No manager came by, either, which was an additional disappointment. I expect much better from a restaurant like this.
Finally got to have food that was flavorful. I tried the egg drop soup, fried rice and ginger chicken with broccoli. It was so delicious. They even have gluten free soy sauce. I can’t wait to go back

Always a great experience! But the only GF dessert bhas been removed from the menu ☹
Our server was very knowledgeable about gluten free. The food was wonderful, but they don’t have the chocolate dome dessert anymore.

food is wonderful, try chocolate flour less cake.
Amazing! My family has crazy allergies, me, gluten peanuts, mom gluten and fish, and my sister peanuts. They make a totally new printed menu for you, and will ask the manager. They will make sure you get what you want how you want and make sure it won't hurt/kill you. The GF cake was processed in a peanut factor and our wateress told us that he sent her back out to make sure that we knew it may have had traces of peanuts, and they double checked and everything. AMAZING.
Great place for gluten free. Had a good experience the first time so I went back. This time the meal was not gluten free and I was sick for two days. They are just not consistent. Don't risk it.

We have had good luck with this location except for when the dining area was full so we decided to eat at the bar. My food was definitely contaminated (brought out on the same tray as my husband's plate, & his food was touching mine). I should have sent it back, which is my fault, not theirs.

The best gluten free menu! Everything you could want for Chinese is available my family loves the offerings.
SO yummy and manager brings out food!

My family considers P.F. Chang's to be the gold standard for gluten free dining out. I wish all restaurants were this gluten free friendly.
We’re so sad! We love PF Changs. My mans noddles had PASTA in them. Although the box had stickers saying it was gluten free it was not. $40 spent on a nice meal for nothing. I would not recommend this Changs if you’re GF Celiac

They are very aware of cross contamination and what contains gluten. Not a lot of options but very good awareness.

Went on a busy night, had the gluten free chicken pad Thai with no tofu and gluten free Singapore street noodles. The server was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options and GFO is marked on the menu. At least 7 options which is more than most chains. The food was excellent, very flavourful and had no reaction whatsoever.

Ordered the spicy chicken with a side of fried rice and everything came out marked gluten free. Before I even got the check, I could already feel myself getting sicker by the second. This was likely a case of carelessness and seems to be a trend at this location based on other reviews. Would avoid this location if you are sensitive to cross contamination.
