I have had good experiences here, but I have also been undoubtably glutened here. One time on a take out order, my meal was labeled gluten free but they gave me the regular soy sauce on the side rather than the gluten free one. I didn’t notice until the end since I don’t use the side sauces, but after only eating the “gluten free” meal, I was sick for a few days after.

Very limited gluten free menu. 1 starter, 1 soup and about 8 mains. Service was very hurried. No sooner sat down and waitress wanted to know what we wanted to drink. Came back 2mins later to take drink order. Back with drinks, wanted food order. Main meals brought over before we had finished our starters. Then the bill, not asked if we wanted anything else. Wouldn't go back.

Not good for celiacs. Even though their corporate policies seem like they’ll be good at handling your food (food comes out on a specifically marked plate, labeling on the menu is good), I got extremely sick after eating a rice noodle dish here. High risk of cross contamination.

I would say the food and service were average. we went here for sushi and pad Thai but were disappointed when they told us their sushi contains gluten.

Food is always great. Menu has a decent amount of options. Staff is always incredibly helpful and understanding. Unfortunately the food costs a lot of money if you want to try a few different dishes, but are good nonetheless.

Fried rice and Mongolian beef were delicious! Portions are huge, had leftovers even after splitting it with my husband. Flourless chocolate cake was an extra treat!

If you are dairy free too then don't bother. The only thing they would serve me was steamed veggies, brown rice, egg drop soup or. A salad. Boring! They marinade their meat in milk apparently.

Always good food. Confident in eating there. Love that they have separate plates so you know it is a gluten-free meal you are getting.

Fair amount of options and even the server (who was new) seemed to have a decent amount of knowledge about gluten free foods. The food was good. I'll likely go back.

I trust PFChangs GF foods. That is always a place I know I can eat GF. Went there while on vacation. Portions are large. Many options are available. Something for everyone.

They have wonderful gluten food,even have fried options. They are also meticulously careful about gluten free,I have never had a problem at any pf changs.

Although PF Chang's is a chain, they do a very good job with gluten free. They seem to have more and more options every time I go there. One thing I wish they had more of was gluten free vegetarian options. There is really only one gf vegetarian entree option and some sides. Love their chicken lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef entree. So nice to have a soup option too!

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.

Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
