Definitely got sick from the lettuce wraps. I wonder if they didn’t make them gluten free. Will probably not risk going here again. I was hesitant to eat here from past reviews, but the last year or so they were positive. So, I took a chance and it didn’t work out. My husband is disappointed as we haven’t been able to eat here since I was diagnosed, and we used to love it. One less “safe” place to eat.

Dedicated cooking area for gluten free meals. Staff is very knowledgeable. They are extremely cautious. I’m obsessed with the fried rice with chicken! Eat here probably weekly and have never been sick!

I love this place! I always feel safe when eating here and the staff is very knowledgeable. I ordered the veggie shrimp fried rice and it was very good, however, kind of bland. They have gluten free soy sauce but no other sauce. Still ate everything on my plate though! I also had the egg drop soup and went ahead and ordered a to-go beef and broccoli, I was very disappointed with the to go order though, rice wasn't cooked well and beef was chewy so that's why I only selected 4 stars! However I did not get sick with either meal and I find that a success!!

Stopped here on trip to Oak Ridge. Service was decent. Ordered off the gluten free menu and had reaction. Plus found a hair in my food. Will not be back.

My mother was "glutened" at the P.F. Chang's in Knoxville. She was sick for more than 2 days after ordering a gluten free meal there. We communicated this to P.F. Chang's and they said that they would better train the staff. I later found out that I also have Celiac and since have been "glutened" twice now by P.F. Chang's. I've eaten there only 5 times. There still seems to be a problem with the wait staff not communicating with the kitchen properly. The food was pretty good tasting, but I will not be going back and do not recommend this place to anyone that has Celiac, as gluten sensitivities do not seem to be taken seriously by P.F. Chang's staff.

Ch-Chang! Love it. As far as chain restaurants go, this is one of the best. Plenty of GF options. One time we went there, the dining room smelled gross. Hasn't stopped me from going back, though.

I can always count on a good, consistent experience here. Never have been "glutened" in my 50+ visits. I think the Knoxville location is one of the best around, and I have eaten at many PF Changs across the country. Kudos to the service team and management here!!!

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.
