If you are also dairy free like me then the Pad Thai is all that you can eat! Why when in general oriental food is dairy free why does almost everything in PF Changs contain dairy?

Always excellent. Safe and knowledgeable. Dedicated kitchen space and full gluten free menu. We eat there often and have never had an issue.

Seemed they were careful with their special plates and select sauces but got glutened here. I don’t have a lot of luck at PF Chang’s but I try. Ask for the manager and don’t get sick!

I've tried this restaurant at least 5 times and have to say 4 times I've gotten sick. I don't think the chef is trained properly. I've discussed this with the manager several times and they say I must be mistaken because their kitchen is trained. Please do not eat there unless you want to get sick. I've been to other locations and never had a problem but the Glenn Mills one is bad.

pf changs in glen mills has the most friendliest people working there and courteous also. Taylor are waiter was so very pleasant keeping our needs important to him I would recommend Glenn mills of changs over any of the other ones

Updated my review because while I had previously given it five stars the last two visits were horrible and I won't be back.

On a dinner visit with a friend who has a gluten sensitivity (and I am diagnosed celiac) we both did not feel well afterward. I saw this coming as the waitress didn't seem very attentive to our sensitivity/allergy needs

And on a recent lunch visit the waitress actually rolled her eyes when I said I had a gluten allergy. That was the nail in the coffin for a restaurant that one of my go-to's.

Update:

I informed the server of my celiac condition and the manager came over; he walked me through all their precautions and made us feel comfortable. Well, 10 min out the door I was a wreck! Stopped 3 times on the way home and have been in bed all afternoon.....ugh! Beware of those in the kitchen! Company policy is one thing.....execution is something different.

informed server of dietary restrictions, ordered off the GF menu, enjoyed my meal and didn't get CCed!! definitely will go back.

Really enjoyed my gf meal. Had the spicy chicken and chocolate dome dessert. Good gf variety. Will definitely be going back.

One of my favorites! The chicken lettuce wraps are the best and the flourless chocolate dome dessert...yummy!!! The staff is knowledgable and friendly. I can even enjoy a GF beer here if I want to. Makes me happy! :)

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.

Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity

But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
