Our waiter was comfortable discussing my gluten free options and I didn’t get sick. However, he was not very attentive and we had to wait a long time for him to come by our table multiple times while ordering during the meal, despite it being a slow evening with few other diners. When I got my meal - the Mongolian beef - it was literally half green onions and very little beef. When I’ve eaten this dish from P.F. Chang’s in the past, there were just a few green onions. It was disappointing to pay so much for essentially half of what the portion size should have been. Additionally, they gave us large serving spoons for all of our meals and desserts, even the kids’ ice cream. When we commented on the spoons, our waiter said they were out of regular ones (again, despite there being very few diners). It made me wonder if they were this inattentive about doing dishes, how attentive were they with maintaining a gluten-free environment? The chocolate soufflé was delicious and very rich - could easily be split between two adults. We probably won’t go back anytime soon after the issues we had with the service.

We are from the UK and discovered Changs about 15 years ago on another US holiday - Changs was the first restaurant chain I found which had a gf menu.
Over the years the menu format has changed. The current menu which I was given at this location had GF offerings marked on the standard menu but with the poor (atmospheric) lighting they are not easily identifiable.
I am also dairy intolerant - and when I asked our server if the gf food was also df she mentioned they had an allergen grid and got the manager who brought over a computer printout of the allergen filter for gf and df. 2 of the 3 gf entrees are not df. So I was left with just the chicken pad Thai. Luckily the chicken lettuce wraps are still gf and df for starter
The gf food user to be delivered to the table on a different coloured plate - the server announced the gf food when it was delivered but it now comes on a standard plate.
Despite the limited choice of gf and df food Changs is still a good place to eat

Great food but be diligent as not all servers are super attentive about the gluten free stuff. Management is very aware of the importance and they are great.
PF Chang’s is always a safe place to eat. This location was no exception. Always good.

Lots of GF choices, and we eat here often, but the quality of the food is a little inconsistent. Never terrible, just sometimes a little bland. But when it's good it's really good, and they're open late! Overall a great place to have dinner after seeing a movie at the nearby theatre, for a lovely GF date night. You can even get dessert!
I sat at the bar for a lunch here and Ricky, the bartender, was fabulous! He knew exactly how to serve me and was very knowledgable about Celiac. Food was great as always!!
Very yummy as always, the staff here don't seem to know too much about gluten free but I've never gotten sick :)
Best Gluten Free Meal I have had in a while. Would recommend to everyone. The entres that are on the gluten free menu are the same as the regular ones just gluten free.
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
