I didn’t get sick here, but only because I only went with ingredients that seemed safe and didn’t have cc. There was only one staff member there who sort of knew which ingredients were gluten free and the others were unaware. If you have an intolerance this place has good options but I wouldn’t really recommend for another celiac- at least this location! (Their food was good and a lot should be gf so other locations might be better)

Most things here are gluten-free but they aren’t careful about cross-contamination. I told them I have Celiac (clarified as gluten allergy when they didn’t know what that was) and they were helpful about pointing out what was not gf. However, they didn’t change their gloves and took a spatula out of a shared bin of used spatulas to mix my bowl. Ask for it unmixed to avoid cc.

Tried for the first time today and was sick within an hour of eating. I informed the associate I have a gluten allergy and was told there were basically only 2 or 3 ingredients unsafe to eat. I ordered the shrimp & scallop bowl and double checked that all the ingredients are GF. Upon doing a google search when I got home, I read that their masago (orange fish eggs) are not GF! Avoid. Seek out a reliable sushi place instead.
I have to demote to four stars because when they first opened, one of their "signature bowls" was mislabeled as GF and I ate it several times before realizing that it was the culprit making me feel sick! When I messaged them, though, the issue was fixed super fast on their website - like in 15 min. BUT besides that incident, I love this place and I eat here all the time. Now that I stopped eating the mislabeled dish, I never have a reaction here. Since most of the "signature bowls" have gluten, you're better off doing a build your own! Three sauces are gluten free and most of the toppings are too (minus the crunchy toppings).

Good food and staff was accommodating to all my repeated questions. Everyone changed gloves when I said I had a gluten allergy (actually have celiac but easier to explain as an allergy). Same experience as the other review in terms of what I could and couldn’t have. Only things with gluten seemed to be Spicey salmon, a few of the dressings and the ‘crunchy’ toppings
Server told me they have allergen list cheat sheets for the people behind the counter. She told me all proteins are gluten free as well as most toppings. She did suggest staying away from crunchy toppings due to cross contamination but said the nori is gluten free. They have three sauces that are gluten free as well! Everything was yummy and fresh tasting.
I’ve felt fine each time I’ve ate here.
Good, fast service! The gluten-free items were all marked as such. They had no issues doing an allergy glove change!

I am a Foodie, and this is the Best Poke Bowl Restaurant I have found thus far....after years of "Research":) Also, the service is quite good, and Dennis the owner is Top Notch and quite knowledgeable on GF.

So good and great service. Gluten-free items are marked, but you have to look very closely. Note the online menu is from the corporate website, and it doesn't it match exactly what they have on service in the local store.

There are some GF options labeled clearly on the menu and we ate safely. They were out of a number of items but that has nothing to do with GF/celiac!
