Did not understand cross contamination or celiac unfortunately.
Went here because they had gluten free options.
Server ensured he understood me, said the burger was the only thing I could get - and when I said I couldn’t have fries in a shared fryer, told me they could bake the fries since they’re made in a shared fryer.
I did have the gluten menu pulled up on my phone but didn’t seem to know anything about it. So, Got the burger on the gluten free bun with baked fries, as it was my only option.
Dish showed up, a burger, covered in fries. Then he said, these are the regular fries, but the baked are coming out.
So all my gluten fries were covering my plate/burger.
Pretty sure the burger had a regular bun on it, could not confirm, so did not eat..
Server brought me a plate much later with baked fries, which was all I could eat.
Super disappointed, and needed to leave so did not send the burger covered in gluten fries back.

The food was great as was the service. Unfortunately my daughter felt “glutened” afterward and we are pretty sure it was the fries. We saw them listed on the gluten sensitive menu as part of the burger description and didn’t ask about shared fryer. Not entirely the restaurants fault but they could label it more clearly. Also, they were out of gluten free buns so my daughter ordered her burger with no bun but they still charged us the gf bun up charge. They removed it once I pointed out the error.

Staff and cook were very friendly, but my food tested positive for gluten. In hindsight, I think I should have avoided fries and emphasized CC more.

Fantastic experience for a chain. Service was great and there were plenty of GF options. I got the steak and a few drinks. Also got the GF rolls! About $30 for an entree, which is on-par with other AC restaurants.

Ordered burger and fries and did bake fries instead of put in fryer. Although they did try to accommodate gluten free needs they were not able to. Tested with Nima Sensor and gluten was found. Not Celiac Safe

Great for gf food but this is prob the worst rainforest cafe in the franchise. It is understaffed, slow, they even took the fish out of all the tanks and sent them to Orlando 3 years ago. The food is still solid but not as good as other locations.
Super allergy friendly! The chef came out and talked to me about my order. I ordered fajitas and assumed I’d need to have them with no tortillas but he offered me gluten free corn tortillas instead.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Knew all about cross contamination and assured me they would be safe. Ordered a lettuce wrap burger with baked fries. Was delicious :)
Yes
They take allergies VERY seriously here. Our waiter informed me that waiters are not even allowed to take the order if you have an allergy, the chef must. The chef came out and asked what I wanted to have and told me how he could make it gluten free. They took my order on a pink sheet of paper. Didn’t get sick and felt very comfortable here!
Yes
No specific gf menu but they have gf pasta and gf buns. The manager came to see us to explain our possibilities and take our order on a special pink paper. Really good food in nice ambiance.
Yes
The chef came out and wrote a separate bright red allergy friendly ticket for me. He said he would work with me on whatever I wanted to eat and try to make it GF if it wasn't. They also have 2 items (a pasta and a quinoa salad) that are completely allergy free. Amazing service and very serious about allergies.
Yes
Perfect place, very nice service, the chef came up to our table to know about my allergy/desease and showed us which options could be totally gluten-free prepared. The chef himself brought my hamburger with chips (baked on oven). They took care about cross contamination. It was a really good experience.

Upon telling our server my daughter has to eat gluten free, the chef came out to our table and discussed their menu with us and personally took our order. Very well done!
Yes
Staff is knowledgeable about gf requirements. I had the anaconda pasta and it was wonderfully spicy.
So impressed! As soon as I told the server my 5 Year old has Celiac disease, she said "oh, let me go get the chef right away" he came out and said "what is she in the mood for?" I can make almost anything completely GF for her. I asked tons of questions, and he was extremely knowledgeable about GF food prep. She loved her chicken and veggie stir fry over GF pasta and felt perfect afterwards.
Yes
I’m not sure why they don’t have a gluten free menu. Their staff and cooks are VERY knowledgeable about the allergy. When I told my server I needed to gluten free he told me the chef would be out to speak to me. 2 minutes later he was and instead of tell me just what I could have, he asked “ What are you in the mood for?” He made everything I wanted gluten free even down to the fries which he baked in the oven so I wouldn’t get cross contamination! Also, the rainforest burger was the best burger I have had!
Chef comes out and tells you what they can make gluten free. I had the Tuscan chicken with mashed potatoes and it was very good. My kids love it there so I was glad I could eat safely as well.
Yes
The chef came over after I talked to the waiter- they don't have a gf menu but he assured me that many items were safe or could be made safe- I had the fish tacos - obviously you don't come here for great food- it's for the kids - who, if they're gf may not have many choices- just an ok option
The waitstaff was amazing and assured us there is a dedicated dryer for fries and chips. My kids are both celiac and extremely sensitive and didn’t have any issues. There’s also a pasta option, but we didn’t have it.

Fantastic experience! Our server has celiac so he guided me through the menu. The manager came to our table and filled out an allergy ticket for the kitchen. This was the best eating out experience I have had since my diagnosis 2.5 years ago.

I went for dinner. There are a couple of options marked as gluten free at the menu. However they can make sandwiches and hamburgers with a gluten free bun.( Not sure about de seasoning). I ordered the China chicken salad. the staff help me making that one gluten free by removing a couple of ingredients.
