The waitstaff was amazing and assured us there is a dedicated dryer for fries and chips. My kids are both celiac and extremely sensitive and didn’t have any issues. There’s also a pasta option, but we didn’t have it.

Our waiter showd he really cares. He went above and beyond to make sure our daughters meal was 100% safe. The child's menu leaves a bit to be desired but we ordered off the main menu. The pasta is cooked in its own GF POT and water.

My 13yo son has celiac and had a great experience. We ordered chips and dip for an app, they said the dip was not gluten free so they brought him salsa at no cost. Tortilla chips were gluten free in a dedicated fryer. He got the cheeseburger with GF bun and fries in dedicates fryer. They cooked in a dedicated space. All was well and safe.

The menu only contained one noted item that was gluten sensitive. Upon receiving the plate the waitress confirmed it was indeed gluten free per an allergy request. However that night I was violently ill. Based on another recent users suggestion that it was maybe her other lunch, I'd disagree and think it was the same penne pasta dish as the culprit. Additionally, we were there for a birthday and they deceptively asked if we wanted "the complimentary cupcake or lava cake"... The first was complimentary, second wasn't. No comma or other denotion we'd get charged. Waitress didn't care after confronting. Fun atmosphere but not safe for celiacs or anybody wanting something more than a tourist trap to cheat your wallet

Had a great experience here. I asked the server about options and he gave me a quick run down of options and let me know that his manager would come out to take my order, they have a 4 step process including separate prep. The manager confirmed most items could be modified. They have a dedicated fryer and the manager delivered my food personally. They have gf buns, pasta and the tacos could be made gf.

I recently had a very positive experience. There was only one pasta item marked allergy friendly on the menu so I asked my waitress if there were other options. She told me most anything could be made gluten free. We talked it through and I ended up ordering the shrimp tacos. They made the necessary adjustments to make it gluten free and she told me my food was made in a separate area to avoid cross contamination. The tacos were super good and I didn’t feel sick at all afterwards!

I ordered the one thing on the menu marked as gluten free. The Anaconda pasta. Red sauce, grilled veggies and gf pasta. Very good.

They have GF options (breads and noodles) but messed up my daughters gluten free noodles and served her regular noodles. Before the mistake was caught she had already eaten a couple of noodles. Nothing was marked or labelled. The waitress and manager felt bad. However it was too late. Did not feel safe

The menu was supposed to be marked to indicate which items were GF, but only one was. Our server said that most things could be made GF though, and to my knowledge, the fries were supposed to be safe. Kids had option of steamed veggies, so probably could have substituted that in. The burger was great. I did get sick that night, but the timing would indicate it was more likely lunch that did it, though I can't be sure.

I’ve read reviews of others saying that a chef came out to talk with them about precautions. I personally did not have this happen, rather my waiter went back and relayed information. Fryer was not dedicated, so instead of fries I opted for a veggie.. I was a bit disappointed at a large plate of raw unseasoned broccoli that seemed like it was left under a warmer (but clearly not cooked). I had a veggie burger on a GF bun otherwise which was ok. There are no dessert options. Honestly few options in general…
The food experience was underwhelming (and overpriced for the quality) to say the least, but the kids enjoyed the ambience.

One thing is for sure, they truly care about safely accommodating allergies. The manager takes the order and the allergy conscious meals are brought to the table separately. We had the gluten free penne, corn, orange slices and coke icee. This plate tested celiac safe. The other plate was a hamburger on a gf bun with fries (yes they have a gf only fryer!). We noticed the seasoning and decided to Nima test them and the burger. Test showed gluten found. Kitchen, actually the manager, remade the meal and we asked for kosher salt to be the only seasoning. We took it to go, as by this time we had already been at the restaurant for 2 hours. Tested both at hotel and they tested gluten free! Highlight, we eventually all ate safely at the Mall of America which had been difficult for us, but noting that we waited a very long time for the food and the service from our waiter was subpar. That being said, the manager truly cared and was curious to know the results of the test so he could talk with corporate.

My teenage daughter insisted on eating here as a throw back to memories of Disney trips. Waitress was fantastic at explaining options and the manager double checked with me before delivering my food. The service was slow because they were understaffed but they still communicated with me very well.

When I told my server that I have food allergies, he went and got the chef, who came out and went over my allergies and my options with me. I had an extra helping of bbq pulled pork with raw red onions and cole slaw on a gluten free bun and a side of French fries which were fried in a dedicated fryer. They only had two types of cider to choose from but I had one to drink and it was great as well.

We had a wonderful experience here. We inquired about what items are safe for my celiac husband and the waitress said she would send the chef to come talk to us because they take food safety very seriously. The chef told us the fries are made in a dedicated fryer, any hamburger can be made on a gf bun and all but one of the pastas can be made with a gf quinoa pasta which is made separate in its own pots from the gluten containing pasta. The food was delicious and my husband did not get sick. We have eaten here twice now with no issues.
Yes
The staff & manager tried really hard, which is why I'm giving them a 3 instead of 1. But all it takes is one chef who doesn't care. I got a burger with a Udi's bun, but I am fairly certain that the fries were not in a dedicated fryer. Again the manager and server tried super hard and I honestly don't blame them.

The waiter wasn’t so knowledgeable and made me worry, but the chef came out and discussed his procedures with us. Ended up doing well and having no issues. Docked a Star because the waiter was completely unhelpful.

Waitress told us the chips are not GF because they're not in a dedicated fryer. Then the chef came out & said they are GF but he didn't seem to understand cross contamination. We paid for our drinks & left.

staff was friendly and ensured my meal would be gluten free though there was no specific gluten free menu. Excellent service and meal.

I came here after reading all of the reviews about how well they handled celiac customers. A manager did come to my table to talk to me about how food was prepared and to help me order safely. He also said they had a dedicated fryer for French fries. My meal came out on a GF bun and it was delicious. However, my Nima sensor found gluten when I tested the French fries. Such a disappointment! Good thing I didn't eat them before the test result popped up. The manager apologized and our server even came over to ask if I was feeling ok. That was a first! Anyway, eat here, but with caution.
Yes
It says on the menu to make server aware of any food allergies before ordering. The manager then came out, and was actually excited to go through the menu and options there were with me! They have a dedicated fryer for fries. She gave me some time to decide and then came back and said she had to be the one to take my order, so she did on special pink paper and delivered it to the kitchen, then delivered the food to me and kept checking on me. All the while the restaurant was really busy! Great experience, didn't feel like a burden at all. Good fries and bunless burger.
chef comes out to talk to u and go over what options they have. They have a separate fryer for fries as well for gluten free
GLUTEN FREE PASTA!! That's right, as of this week (according to the manager), Rainforest Cafe offers quinoa and corn pasta. I had the anaconda pasta with quinoa spaghetti noodles and it was absolutely delicious. Impeccable services, the manager repeatedly came to our table to make sure all of our dishes were gluten free and promptly answered any questions. Overall, I am unbelievably impressed. The restaurant itself has an amazing, fun, family friendly atmosphere. We will be back!

The chef came to our table and had several great options and suggestions for us. The Chicken fajitas were great.
Yes
Great place but no gf options. They tried to accommodate but if you don't eat meat your out of luck :(
No GF menu but the chef came to our table and talked about options. Very knowledgable and the food was delicious!
Wonderful service! Waitress immediately had chef come to table and discuss options. Felt genuine concern to take care of my allergy. Also they have added gluten free desserts!
They made me something that was gluten free
while they don't have a dedicated gluten free menu, the staff it's very knowledgeable and willing to cook up something special for you if you ask
Fantastic experience! Our server has celiac so he guided me through the menu. The manager came to our table and filled out an allergy ticket for the kitchen. This was the best eating out experience I have had since my diagnosis 2.5 years ago.

I went for dinner. There are a couple of options marked as gluten free at the menu. However they can make sandwiches and hamburgers with a gluten free bun.( Not sure about de seasoning). I ordered the China chicken salad. the staff help me making that one gluten free by removing a couple of ingredients.

Did not understand cross contamination or celiac unfortunately.
Went here because they had gluten free options.
Server ensured he understood me, said the burger was the only thing I could get - and when I said I couldn’t have fries in a shared fryer, told me they could bake the fries since they’re made in a shared fryer.
I did have the gluten menu pulled up on my phone but didn’t seem to know anything about it. So, Got the burger on the gluten free bun with baked fries, as it was my only option.
Dish showed up, a burger, covered in fries. Then he said, these are the regular fries, but the baked are coming out.
So all my gluten fries were covering my plate/burger.
Pretty sure the burger had a regular bun on it, could not confirm, so did not eat..
Server brought me a plate much later with baked fries, which was all I could eat.
Super disappointed, and needed to leave so did not send the burger covered in gluten fries back.
