Staff is impressively educated about Celiacs and food allergies.
Only one item was listed on the menu as gluten free, but when we asked our server about celiacs-friendly policy and options, she immediately responded in a well-informed manner. The kitchen has a dedicated allergy station, and all staff are required to frequently review procedures. Our server then consulted with the chef and manager to find out what other menu items were safe for me, before taking any orders. It was great to have 4 diverse adult meal options (with some substitutions). There are also options for the kids menu. I had the fish tacos and they were delicious.
The Rainforest Cafe staff was absolutely amazing, service was friendly and prompt, and I never had any cross-contamination symptoms.

Cesar Salad arrived with croutons and returned. Other items brought to the table and when asked if GF, the waitress responded “they should be”. Miserable experience. We ended up not having a reaction, but we felt unsafe during the visit. Not recommended.
The waitstaff was amazing and assured us there is a dedicated dryer for fries and chips. My kids are both celiac and extremely sensitive and didn’t have any issues. There’s also a pasta option, but we didn’t have it.

Fantastic experience! Our server has celiac so he guided me through the menu. The manager came to our table and filled out an allergy ticket for the kitchen. This was the best eating out experience I have had since my diagnosis 2.5 years ago.

While they have a gluten free bun and pasta, I find the atmosphere more enjoyable than their food.

My daughter is celiac, had a hamburger with GF bun and fries in dedicated frier. Server seemed knowledgeable. Separte GF menu. I had a salad which was surprisingly fresh. Good experience.

I went for dinner. There are a couple of options marked as gluten free at the menu. However they can make sandwiches and hamburgers with a gluten free bun.( Not sure about de seasoning). I ordered the China chicken salad. the staff help me making that one gluten free by removing a couple of ingredients.
