Food was good, portions were generous. We had the nachos for our appetizer and my wife had grilled shrimp and mashed potatoes for her entree. There are two different gluten free desserts, however we were too full to try them.

They had a gluten free menu online, items were not labelled in the restaurant but the server was aware and gave me some options. Food was much better than expected and we loved the crazy drinks!

Appreciate the manager coming out to confirm my choices (also there is a GF menu even with dessert) but felt like the food wasn't good. I got the sirloin, mashed potatoes and veggies. Steak was super tough and sides were cold . I know they are sister restaurants to T-Rex and prefer that place better. Both take good care of allergies though. The pasta sounded good but I try to avoid dairy too.

My experience here was absolutely awful. I asked to speak to the manager regarding options for celiac since I’m recently diagnosed and still figuring out what’s safe and what’s not. My waiter waved his said and said not necessary and I could just let him know what I was allergic to. I let him know I had celiac and couldn’t have gluten. I would have LOVED suggestions as to what was gluten free since the menu doesn’t specify. I ended up going the safe route with taco salad and it was so bland and TERRIBLY overpriced. Literally paid $22 for a bag of shredded iceberg lettuce with a half cup of beef on top and a sprinkle of cheese. Later learned they could have done gluten free pasta, but again, I had NO suggestions from server and the manager came over after I had received my meal. It was very disappointing and very frustrating as I was so excited to try Rainforest Cafe for the first time with my family. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone with Celiac. The food is NOT worth the price. Would avoid at all costs as they were also incredibly inattentive forgetting to bring a box for my SIL and they also completely forgot to bring my niece her apple juice, and never asked if we needed refills.

I had the creole Mac n cheese with gluten free pasta, no breadcrumbs. So fantastic! They also have a dedicated fryer for just fries, and gluten free buns for burgers. Overall a really great meal with plenty of gluten free options.
