The chef did come out and talked to me. I had the grilled fish tacos seasoned with salt and pepper without the jalapeño ranch. I added a side of coleslaw and it was tasty. The options are very limited!

very limited choice on menu (2 indicated as allergy friendly, but chef is willing to make more options gluten free on request), staff quite knowledgable and double check with chef about food items, felt safe eating here
Yes
Options are very limited (2 choices). Chef only comes out after special request (you have to ask again after informing hostess and server). Chef had to go back and check on cross contamination potential.
We only went here because the previous reviews looked like they might actually get it.
The only appetizer we could get was a bowl of cheese and potato chips ($10.99? Really?). Disappointing. Our server was clueless about what was safe or not and had to go ask at least 5 times. We were told that a chef would come out and discuss options and that did not happen.
Ended up getting what tasted like a microwave lunch (pasta and marinara). It was way over priced for a bowl of very bland GF Quinoa pasta with 2 pieces of chicken (maybe).
$70 for lunch that was not worth eating. We actually ended up getting something later elsewhere because husband and son were so disappointed
Yes
This place was fantastic. They had a chef come out and explain what they had as a gluten free option. Chicken fajitas were delicious. The atmosphere alone was well worth it.
Staff took great care with ordering & preparation. Had blue mountain chicken ..it was out-of-this world good !! Jackson was very knowledgeable & provided exceptional service!! Many GF options, just ask for recommendations.
Yes
Chef came out to the table and explained what was Gluten Free and also dairy free for me. Took my order on a separate allergy ticket and said he would follow that through the kitchen from start to finish. He was friendly and super knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the Rainforest Cafe in Nashville.
Yes
Not very many gluten free options, and way over priced for what's offered. They do keep everything very separate, so it is celiac friendly, but still would not recommend.

Ate here over the weekend and was very pleasantly surprised. The chef came out and talked to me about my options. He was very concerned and knowledgeable about gluten. I got the queso dip with ground beef added and it was delicious! They use a shared fryer for tortilla chips, so they brought me kettle chips to go with it. It sounds odd, but it was really good. Honestly the dip was so good I could've eaten it off tree bark and it would've been fine! Definitely recommend.

The chef came out and explained to me the items on the menu that he could change to become gluten free. He gave me all the options for sides and he was thorough in his descriptions. I didnt feel judged or awkward by stating that I had a gluten intolerance. They were really helpful and i didnt get sick.
When I told the server about my gluten allergy, he happily went and got the manager to come and take my order. Food was good and I was really pleased at how pleasant and helpful the manager was.
Excellent job. The chef even came to our table to help out with possible gf choices.
The chef came out to discuss my allergy. She said she would make sure my food was gluten free. Our appetizer was queso and the chips were fried in the same dryer as fried menu items so she made my chips special. I would feel comfortable coming back.
Yes
The waitstaff was amazing and assured us there is a dedicated dryer for fries and chips. My kids are both celiac and extremely sensitive and didn’t have any issues. There’s also a pasta option, but we didn’t have it.

Fantastic experience! Our server has celiac so he guided me through the menu. The manager came to our table and filled out an allergy ticket for the kitchen. This was the best eating out experience I have had since my diagnosis 2.5 years ago.

While they have a gluten free bun and pasta, I find the atmosphere more enjoyable than their food.

My daughter is celiac, had a hamburger with GF bun and fries in dedicated frier. Server seemed knowledgeable. Separte GF menu. I had a salad which was surprisingly fresh. Good experience.

I went for dinner. There are a couple of options marked as gluten free at the menu. However they can make sandwiches and hamburgers with a gluten free bun.( Not sure about de seasoning). I ordered the China chicken salad. the staff help me making that one gluten free by removing a couple of ingredients.
