They have excellent gluten free buns and allergy fries. I’ve eaten there dozens of times in the past 8 years and never had a problem with my celiacs. Love it.

I had to call to ask about gf options because the menu online was unclear. We ordered pick up and the food was very disappointing. I was able to get a burger with gf bun and gf fries that were very gross and had no seasoning. I would not eat there again.

I’ve been told in the past that this location had a separate fryer for gluten free fries (and ordered them as “gluten free” for years. Today I was told over the phone that the fries aren’t gluten free, there’s no separate fryer, and they aren’t sure when this changed but only the sweet potato fries are gluten free. I asked how I’ve been ordering gluten free fries all this time, and the person on the phone told me they would have given me the no salt fries if I asked for gluten free. So, this has totally destroyed my trust in Red Robin’s allergy process! I’ve been ordering “allergy safe fries” in the app all year and have no idea when they changed.
I’d suggest avoiding this location. This is a sad change of my previous high rating.
Apparently the gluten free choices change without notice and no one will tell you when you order something as gluten free and they just give you the regular one!
50-50 chance of getting sick here. Love the food, fries are always delicious- but the stomach issues start before I even get out of the restaurant about half the time. I guess I keep going back because I like the illusion of it being truly gluten free. Or maybe I'm just a gambler.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Best GF bun I have had dining out. The tavern classic is amazing and so affordable. Fries in dedicated fryer!!! And lately with Covid have ordered via door dash and delivery is top notch. Clean high quality packaging. Couldn't be more impressed.
This location is totally celiac friendly! Every time I go the staff knows exactly what to do and are really helpful. They have a dedicated fryer for gluten free food and a really good gluten free bun substitute.
Yes
Just to clarify its only a dedicated fryer for the wings and only the mild medium and hot sauces are gluten free. The fries are not gluten free (shared fryer with other breaded things)

Always impressed by how knowledgeable the staff are. And so easy to make substitutions! Love the wedgie wrap option for burgers, and they have a separate fryer for GF fries!

They are very careful and well trained in gf.
Yes
This is my go to place for gluten free burgers and fries! they have a seperate frier and the most amazing gluten free buns. staff is always caring and understanding too! I have never gotten sick here.

I can't say whether it's celiac friendly, but I LOVE Red Robin (both Maple Rd and Quaker Crossing locations) for the fact that I never have to worry about my food with them. All the servers and staff are well-trained and the only time I have ever had issues is when calling in a to-go order. The receipt prints off the gluten free bun just fine, but the way it specifies no cheese is bizarre so the kitchen usually accidentally cheeses me and has to make it again. Someone told us to ask them to box everything up separately - the burger patty, the bun, and the toppings, so that even if they accidentally include the cheese, it doesn't ruin your whole burger.
If your server doesn't confirm, make sure your fries don't come with the salt on them. The seasoning the kitchen uses is not GF but most servers know that. You can use the sea salt on the table then.
I've never had anyone give me attitude about bringing me the iPad with the allergen-customizer on it, so I guess it just depends who you get. But I've always had good experiences!
As always at Red Robin, a great experience. The server even asked the kitchen staff to make my gluten free fries extra crispy, and they were. :) I'm super grateful for Red Robin!

Lots to choose from and waitress was very knowledgeable. One of my favorite places
My daughter and I have celiac. She got sick before we left the restaurant and I got sick on the way home. Manager was nice when I called but I've never heard anything good about their gf food and wouldn't risk it again.
Found a deliberately placed fried onion on my burger. Definitely not there by accident. Told the staff about it, and they took care of it and were super nice about it, but told me that it was the second time that it has happened today. I always have some sort of issue when I come here, and now I know why. The cook staff need to be fired. BE CAREFUL FOR THOSE OF YOU WITH CELIAC. This only fuels my distrust for going to any restaurants.
No
I gave them three stars because the food was ok. Service was terrible and they no longer have a gluten free menu unless you use your smartphone. When I told them my phone didn't work well in the restaurant them manager brought me a iPad along with an attitude. I will not be going back. It should not be this hard to place an order.
Gf buns and dedicated deep friers for French fries!
Yes
Excellent gluten free rolls and fried foods are fried in separate oil than foods containing gluten
The GF bun is very good--soft and tasty.
very knowledgeable and nice. separate menu. noe have GF buns for burgers too!
This place has great service, call out allergies and are really accommodating. They have GF buns and dedicated fryer for clean FF:s... Love ability to get FF! Enjoy!
The gluten free bun was soft and had a good texture. The fries were made in a dedicated fryer. The receipt also was clearly marked of the allergy.
Every time I go...I love it!!! Such great food and very accommodating!
Only got fries but they were good with no noticeable gluten reaction and server was very nice. They announced gf fries with pick and bottomless so again with new basket.

I went with my family last night and they took us being gluten-free seriously. (I do it mostly for my dad who cannot eat gluten or he will get sick.)
They serve gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps, in addition to other gluten free items.
None of us feel sick or bad from it, which is great! I'm sure we'll be eating there again. Although, we don't typically eat out unless it's for a party (which it was).

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)
