Knowledgeable kitchen staff and great gluten free crust, had the goat cheese pizza with sausage and the burrata basil pesto, amazing!

January 19, 2013They note gluten-free on their menu and the server that we had seemed educated. They offer plenty of things that are GF including pizza, but we were too full to eat it! I would recommend this as a safe place to eat in SD that isn't some massive chain (it's a local chain).

Good thin crust pizza. Numerous options for toppings, all very good. Staff was knowledgeable and professional and most importantly, no cross contamination.

Crust was decent and they had a dedicated menu with lots of topping options for their pizza, instead of the few that most places have. They even had a vegan cheese option for those who are dairy free. I enjoyed it

they have great options for gf diners, and Pizza is delicious! yummy thin crust style. Wasn't ever a fan of thin crust until I had to go gf. Gotta leave room for their Messy Sundae which is big enough for 2.

Great food. Visiting SanDiego with a 6 year old with celiacs. It was our first time traveling since the diagnosis and all was well. Little one had pizza one night and mini sliders another with lettuce wraps another. She has no dairy so the choices were easy. Great food for everyone but a little pricing. I was willing to go back a second time on our visit since we had such issues with almost everywhere else we ate.

a definite choice if you are visiting vegas and need Gf options stop here! lots of options. pizza crust is excellent, probably the best Gf crust i had. not too chewy, not too hard. nice thin crust.ordered the Prosciutto and it was divine. our waitress was very patient with us and they were very willing to check why something wasnt on the GF options and makr accodomations when possible. if we ever visit Vegas again, will be sure to eat here!

Very pleasant service. Very mediocre food. GF pizza crust was nice but overpowered by too much cheese and not enough flavor. Roast chicken breast was tender but heavily marinated in an unflattering way. Fries were mealy (frozen?). A disappointment and we won't be back. PS $3 extra charge for GF crust is pretty high too

very knowledgeable staff. amazing variety of gluten free options from pizzas to tapas to salads beer and more. their mega messy sunday was delicious and also gf. fantastic gf pizza crust AND you can purchase just the crust to take home to make ur own pizzas if u want. loved the experience. wonderful atmosphere.

fantastic meal!!! amazing variety of gf options. gf pizza is amazing, the tapas are great, and the dirty sunday is divine. as someone with celiac disease I felt very good about this restaurant. the staff was very knowledgable and informative. it was an amazing experience.

Very good pizza! Crust is fine (reminds me of frozen premade crust, but it works and the flavors of the rest of the pizza make it worth it). Menu has integrated GF symbols and they will prep it separately if you tell them you have an allergy.

We are visiting from our home on Bend OR and came to Sammy's for gluten free dairy free pizza. We were quite frustrated to find that they actually Jane cheese in their pizza sauce! This is no good for the man celiacs like myself who also have a dairy allergy! Luckily the chef came to our table... Right before i got up to leave... To offer to make a special dairy free sauce just for us. Overall pizza turned out great, server seemed educated and willing to meet our needs and taste was good.

This was our go to pizza place before they changed their prices and menu.... But if you don't mind getting half of the appetizers you would usually get for the same price go ahead and eat here... But pizza crust is mostly rice flour, premade, and comes out alright but not crispy all the way through. We do love their vegetarian options though!!

Excellent pizza; good crust and high quality toppings. Their tavern is open 24/7, so if you want a GF pizza at 3am you can get one. Definitely worth the trip from the strip.

Amazing GF pizza-was like a normal pizza! Beautiful inside and out. Kitchen is trained how to be gluten free. Five cheese pizza was super delicious!

The service was good. Pizza was very tasty. Expect about 15 dollars for a personal size (about 10 inch pizza) so not super cheap but I got stuffed from one pizza. We tried hawaiian and italian sausage both were tasty. You can see the gf menu in pdf on their website.
