knowledgeable servers but the pizza crust was a bit soft for my preference. this is due to putting the pizza on a pan in the wood-fired oven instead of directly in with gluten-pizzas.

Unfortunately another "pizza specialty restaurant" that uses a frozen gluten free crust and charges an additional $3 for it. The pizza arrived cold in the center. Over priced.

I was so disappointed. The food was really good, but it made me sick! I don't usually get sick right away, so I ate the leftovers to be sure. I got sick again :( If you aren't very sensitive, the food tastes good.

I had been starving for pizza since going gluten free and I was very pleased with the pizza here.

Food? 4/5 stars. Great food - delicious gf crust. Also had the edamame which was sadly over cooked so much that some pods were close to mush.. Otherwise, 5/5 if it weren't for the edamame being over cooked.

Service? 3/5. Slow, non-attentive service when it was not busy. We stood waiting to be seated for quite awhile before we figured it must have been a seat yourself restaurant (since there was no sign and we were not acknowledged by anyone). It wasn't. we were not acknowledged until quite some time after we sat down. Sat for quite some time before receiving our appetizer.. No wonder it was close to mush. Sat without drinks which were never refilled. We never were asked how our food was. Even getting our bill and receiving our card after took longer than it should have.

The food was worth it even with the service.

Really nice place. Friendly wait staff and no problems ordering gf foods items already listed as gf on menu.

Knowledgeable kitchen staff and great gluten free crust, had the goat cheese pizza with sausage and the burrata basil pesto, amazing!

They note gluten-free on their menu and the server that we had seemed educated. They offer plenty of things that are GF including pizza, but we were too full to eat it! I would recommend this as a safe place to eat in SD that isn't some massive chain (it's a local chain).

Good thin crust pizza. Numerous options for toppings, all very good. Staff was knowledgeable and professional and most importantly, no cross contamination.

Crust was decent and they had a dedicated menu with lots of topping options for their pizza, instead of the few that most places have. They even had a vegan cheese option for those who are dairy free. I enjoyed it

I hosted my rehearsal dinner for my wedding here with 30 people. We set the menu ahead of time and everything was delicious! The GF pizza crust was thin, but surprisingly flavorful! Everyone's favorite pizza was the BBQ chicken, and the BBQ sauce was also GF. The salads were excellent. Service was attentive, but they did make a small mistake with checks that we managed to sort out. Would definitely go back!

French fries are made in a dedicated frier. They made our son a special meal of chicken breast and rice and were very careful and helpful with cross contamination. Super helpful, very safe, and good food

NOT CELIAC SAFE!! They make and cook the pizza on all shared surfaces so that is immediately out. They didn’t take me seriously when I told them I was celiac and needed them to change gloves/clean workstation/use non-gluten utensils. In fact, the waiter rolled his eyes. But I was there for a work lunch, so I just got one of the gf salads. And I am SO sick. I still have stomach cramps and diarrhea days later. It feels like I just straight up ate gluten. Would not recommend.

They do prevent cross contamination multiple different ways. Crust is pretty thin. We modified the BBQ pizza on the menu a bit. It was super yummy. They have several other options on the menu now that are GG besides the pizza, but we only had the pizza. They made us a gf version of the apple pie pizza. I do not recommend that. It was difficult to eat. All the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Nice, slightly upscale, elegant, but relaxed ambience. I would come again, and do recommend it.
