Terrible experience. My wife who has celiac ordered the gluten free pancakes and was given regular pancakes. They assured us it was gluten free and prepared carefully. Do not eat here if you have celiac

Have eaten at several other Snooze locations. I always get the GF pancake trio. Staff is knowledgeable about ingredients. Double check that the cooking/prep protocol meets your safety standards. This location has an outdoor patio.

They seemed helpful about gf and even brought out a free sample of gf French toast they are thinking about adding to the menu. But the food is just ok. The gf pancakes are better at Stacks (although my husband feels the eggs and stuff he ordered aren't as good as they used to be). The best are the gf pancakes my husband makes with Pamela's mix especially with bananas and playing Jack Johnson's Banana Pancakes song.

This place is AH-MA-ZING! They are SO conscious of gluten allergies (celiac) as well as a multitude of other allergies! make sure to tell your server when you see them. I had the gluten free pineapple upside down pancakes - the pancake batter itself was gooey! Not dry like most GF pancakes. They were so kind and conscientious. Highly HIGHLY recommend! Will be coming back for sure!

I ordered the Signature Pancake Flight and it was wonderful. You can choose the 3 flavors you prefer and it was plenty of food. All but 2 menu items can be made GF. Neat place as well, enjoyed outside sitting. Definitely give this a try. A little pricey but food was great.

This place is so good and offers so many GF options. Our party had a pancake, omelet, ham Benedict, toast, hashbrowns… all GF. The food comes out with a little stick in it that says gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable. There is always a long wait, so get online and jump on the waitlist.

I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!
