They have bread and pizza. I have ate here a couple times with no issues.

I told the server I was celiac and they said all surfaces and friers are shared and the only thing they could guarantee would be safe is a salad.

Turkey and cheese sandwich was a great choice. I'm NCGF and just removed the bread. Large portion of turkey and cheese that was fresh. Reasonable prices.

Waitress stated that even it marks GF, there would be cross contamination… don’t want to take risk so I just had tea while watched my husband ate his breakfast burrito (he said it was pretty bad)

Pizza was great and only $2 more for gluten free crust. Also offerers sandwiches and burgers with a gluten free bun for $2 more. Great spot after a flight.

For an extra two dollars, you can choose from three different gluten-free pizzas. Very tasty and juicy! Is recommended. In the terminal after the security check - ideal before departure.

They don’t have a separate fryer so no fries- but the burgers are amazing and for a sit down place at an airport it’s pretty reasonably priced. I get fries from the smash burger in B and a burger here since smash burger is usually out of GF buns. I’m at this airport a lot so I wouldn’t recommend doing that unless you have plenty of time on your hands!

Gf marked on menu items. Staff aware of gf and celiac and worked with me to find acceptable meal ( i kept it simple like i always do with plain burger and side salad) meal came out correctly, and i am not sick. Win in my book, since usually when traveling I end up with a bag of chips from Hudson news or whatever I managed to carry.

Had the GF pizza and it was great. Server was knowledgeable and helpful. He confirmed pizza was cooked on a separate surface than regular pizzas. Variety of options on the menu for GF.

Fun atmosphere. We were seated immeadiately. Our server was friendly and informed. I have celiac disease. He knew what was safe on the menu. I had a delicious gluten-free pizza, and I felt great afterwards! So thumbs up from me! I had a great experience!

I had a pretty boring salad here, but it was fresh tasting and I didn’t get sick- so no complaints! I told the waiter I had celiac and they were confident in their abilities to accommodate me.

Good Gf awareness. Dull airport food.
Yes
I got very ill after eating here on my way to Seattle. Was sick in bed on vacation for 48 hours. I don't believe that they are careful in their preparation of gluten free food.

Ordered the GF carnitas because limited options elsewhere in the airport. The to-go staff wasn’t responsive when I noted my allergy and didn’t take note. Got sick after.
The staff was very knowledgeable!! I enjoyed my breakfast! I am Celiac and they cleaned the prep area and the potatoes are baked so there is no cross contamination. I would go back again!
Yes
The chicken wrap with GF bun was great. The artichoke cream cheese was awesome. I could have just that.
I also had the gluten free carnitas. Excellent. The staff was also up to speed on the other gf options
Squatter’s Pub is located next to gate C3 at SLC Airport. They have an extensive, labeled gluten free menu. I ordered carnitas tacos which came with black refried beans & rice. I also had cider to drink. Delicious!!
Yes
I got glutened here. They do not have a separate area and it seems their safeguards are not adequate. Also, their service was pretty poor. Someone from the kitchen dropped off my food, no silverware or anything. Server never returns throughout my dining experience.
I did give them two stars for honesty, as I rushed out of the place, I forgot my headphones. I was able to return and retrieve them.

Lots of gluten free options. Food was very tasty.

For airport food this place was incredible! I tried 6 other places with no gluten free options. They had a burger and a GF bun!!! The lady told me all GF orders are marked and they have to use separate gloves, knives...etc. The food was delicious and I was SO grateful to have something good to eat traveling all day!

Menu was good, staff seemed knowledgeable, food was *great*

Bun came out incorrect and all they did was swap it leaving all the crumbs from the wrong bun on the plate.

The menu has gluten free options notated. I had the frittata. They brought a gluten free roll with it. It was really good. I would recommend it.
Yes
great GF place, always feel safe with the menu.
Gate c in the airport.
I was very happy with my chicken totonka sandwich and salad. A nice change for airport eating. Grilled chicken with buffalo sauce, cheese, and bacon served on a gf bun.
They had lots of gf and vegetarian options as well.
I LOVE this place... but not for celiacs. The food is delicious and they keep it safe enough if you're not sensitive to cross-contamination, but I asked my server about what kind of precautions they take and anything that's fried really isn't safe for celiacs. As a restaurant I give it five stars, but as a gluten free option I give it three.

Good burger and GF bun - welcome change for an airport.
Good burger and very informative menu with all gf, vegetarian, and vegan options labeled. They offer gf buns, bread, and wraps. Taking away one star because when I asked if their guacamole was dairy free, the waiter said I probably shouldn't get it just to be safe since traveling. It would have been nice if he had at least gone back to check with the chef or ingredient list. Overall, many gf options and a great place to go when stick in the airport. Down Gate C.

So nice to be able to eat better while traveling. Menu has several options marked gluten free or can be made gluten free. They do offer gf bun, but will also sub fruit.
Yes
What a great place!!! How refreshing and fantastic to find a safe, delicious place to dine gluten free in an airport! Service was amazing, food was so very good! I ordered the Squatters Bourbon Burger and chips and salsa. The burger came with a GF bun. Can't say enough great things about the place!

great service with a great list of GF items too! Server was knowledgeable and I felt safe eating there.

Uninspired but reasonably fresh. Wouldn't go out of my way to return there.
Service was terrible, they didn't have gluten free buns, and the salad that I was forced to order was disgusting. The bacon was microwaved, the chicken was rubbery and the lettuce was dead. Our waitress was constantly on her phone and was slow to serve us. The food is normally good but this experience was horrible
Tons of GF, vegetarian and vegan options on the menu! They have Udi's buns as well. Everything is clearly marked which is really nice and the waitress knew the GF sides well. Really great sit down restaurant in SLC airport - Terminal C between gates C5 & C3
Great place to grab a good meal when traveling through SLC Airport. Very knowledgeable staff. Gluten free options are marked on the menu. I've tired the fish tacos and they were great. A fair amount of other options. The service is great and it's so nice to have a place to safely eat while traveling. Located in terminal C
