Definitely not a GF place. Everything is prepared & cooked in the pizza kitchen. I was worried but we took a chance because we were hungry & couldn't see anything better in the area. The staff was knowledgeable & very upfront with risk but willing to change gloves. All tacos were so delicious! Tortillas are homemade corn & so yummy! My whole family loved them & are begging to go back. 10 year old daughter had a kids quesadilla & some of my taco plate. She has Celiac but usually isn’t too sensitive to cross contamination - she was fine!

Recently opened, went to check if it is GF, NOT completely GF. But they do know about gluten and Celiac. Friendly folks, talk to them!!! Very good, reasonable prices, good service. Now open for dinner. Possibly opening for dinner in February. My Celiac spouse has had no problems.

This is NOT a dedicated gluten free restaurant. They share a space with a pizzeria/bakery and their menu includes a flour tortilla burrito. They were very honest when we got there about the risk of cross contact. I don't know why this listing says dedicated GF though. Would probably be fine for someone with intolerance but not celiac.

Their kitchen is now shared with the pizzeria kitchen next door, meaning flour can be in the air and on surfaces. Restaurant is NOT dedicated gluten free, but the staff was upfront and helpful about risks of cross contamination.

It’s not 100% gluten free. They’ve introduced a wheat flour tortilla burrito which is cooked on the grill with corn tortillas and all meats. The young woman at the counter was confused about my questions regarding gluten, but eventually (after a confusing conversation) I was able to learn that very recently they had added wheat flour tortillas to their menu and everything is cooked on the same grill.

Definitely eat here! 100% GF and delicious tacos. They have a nice outdoor seating area with wild chickens roaming around which is fun for the kids. Lots of great drink options, too. We stopped here on our way up to the Mauna Kea Visitor Center to catch the sunset.
Stays open until 8pm.
