they don’t have a ‘gluten free’ menu, they have a ‘gluten friendly’ menu. the waiter told me that all the noodles are cooked in a shared pot and my best friend working there confirmed that they don’t make a well enough effort at making sure there is a true non-contaminated spot. if you’re on a gluten free diet without celiac you should be okay but it’s not a celiac safe place.

I work here. I got a breaded chicken breast with sauce to eat(breaded with rice flour only) and I got horribly sick. They do cook their GF noodles in a safe manner, but sauce comes from the same bins they use for their non gf noodles. Possible cross contamination there. Be careful.
No complaints from a gluten perspective, but I definitely wouldn't want to eat here again given how bad and dull the food was. (I had the baked chicken.) My dining companions had soup that seemed as though it might have come out of a packet, and shouldn't the cheese on pasta be Parmesan? What it was instead was something fake tasting. Really pretty dreadful. Even BJs have better pasta (and that is not saying much: I definitely don't recommend BJs!). Sorry not to be more positive.
We had a very enjoyable dinner and experience. Jasmine was knowledgeable, attentive and so kind. Salad, pasta and chicken were all gluten-free! Ask for gf menu.

The food was just ok, but the staff seemed knowledgeable, and my food did arrive with a “gluten friendly” marker.

You wouldn’t think a place called the spaghetti factory would have a gluten free menu, but they do.
Plenty of options to choose from.

Definitely not gluten free. The food comes out tagged “gluten friendly”, but it definitely contains gluten or has cross contamination.

I ordered the gluten free Alfredo and salad. I was okay after eating the salad, but once I got partially through the pasta, I felt like I wanted to throw up. I did share with the server I had Celiac Disease and she confirmed that they could accommodate and it was made separately. It tasted like they used the pasta water for the Alfredo sauce. I do not recommend this to anyone even if you call and ask which I did.
