Love dining here and feel very safe consuming their foods. Staff is educated on allergens and cross contamination. They typically don't have hidden gluten, so you'll only see obvious gluten items (Flatbread, puff pastry, etc) as for most sauces they use corn starch. Caesar salad is served with polenta croutons as a standard! Never had a bad dish here, one of my favorite places to go.

The food is delicious and the wine list is extensive. The chef came to talk to us and said many entrees are gluten free and if I wanted something special he would make it for me. Because they have several gluten free customers they use corn starch to thicken the soups and sauces. I had golden beet salad, steak au pouvre, and a delicious sweet wine flavored ice cream with dark cherries and chocolate flakes. Made locally. They also offered a milk chocolate lava cake that is gluten free
