Trapper's Sushi

Ok, I absolutely love the roll selection they offer! The Buddah and Trapper are my go to's. However every time I go there I get contaminated. I'm giving it two because I always regret going afterwards but their rolls make it so worth it when I need a guilty sushi fix. However, I also expect to get cross contained just about everywhere I eat.

NOT CELIAC SAFE!!!!!!!!!!!! Sashimi was great and fresh. Did not change gloves, "gluten free soy sauce" was in a normal soy sauce container, prep area was contaminated as were possible non gluten ingredients. They have soy paper for GF, not tasty.

Lots of GF options and great all you can eat sushi offers.

They are happy to make gluten-free versions of any of their rolls by substituting out any tempura or unsafe ingredients. GF soy sauce available upon request.

My wife got sick after ordering sushi for celiac. Submitted a complaint and regional manager is going out to ensure food is handled celiac friendly. Long way to ensuring I can still eat at this great local place.
