I used to receive special attention to my Gluten free needs. But this has changed, not teamed well and when I tried to express my dissatisfaction they did not care.
Always good they ask me if it’s an allergy and they make sure I’m safe!
Yes
T's has the potential to cater to those with celiac or gluten sensitivity. The only true gluten free item on the menu is the option to substitute toast for UDI's bread and a couple omelets but no home fries as it is fried in with other gluten containing items.
I was bummed that I could not have the Benedict because the hollandaise sauce was made with flour.
The server, however, took my allergy seriously and alerted me to things that contained gluten.

My waitress immediately knew what on the menu was gluten free and gave me recommendations based on my options. She sent her manager over to talk to me about the kitchen set up; the manager naturally warned me that there was only one kitchen but they do their best to keep things contamination free. She asked if I had a sensitivity or had Celiac and when she found out it was indeed an allergy she had them use a separate skillet for my items to avoid contamination from the grill. They had Udi's toast and several egg options. All meats were gluten free. Home fries were not but had a cinnamon apple side as an alternative. The manager severed my food and checked on me several times. Before I left she came back to make sure I knew her name and to ask for her by name next time I was there. Very educated and caring staff. And not sick!

Asked about gf options and was told fruit or yogurt. If there was anything I wanted to know about she would check.…no thanks. I had coffee and will never go back.

Asked for guidance on options from server who asked in the kitchen. Server told me to choose my breakfast and then the kitchen would tell me if I could have the item.... ordered scrambled egg over bed of spinach. Explained celiac allergy. Food was awful and I was sick within an hour.

Very knowledgeable. Manager came over to let me know that the kitchen was aware that I have Celiac. Explained dedicated toaster for Udi's bread and would make omelette on separate area of grill. Delicious.

Very knowledgeable staff when it comes to celiac disease. I told the waitress it was my first time and she sent the manager over to explain to me how they handle separating gluten free items from regular food items. They have gluten free bread too!
Separate, dedicated toaster for GF toast, hand delivered by manager, and staff seemed very knowledgeable.
