Waitress was very knowledgeable about celiac, chef came out and assured everything was correct. The steaks were not labeled as gf but without the butter topping they are gluten free. They had a delicious gluten free brownie as a dessert option!

I was visiting Chicago and I saw this restaurant had gluten free options on their menu so I thought that I would try it out because usually restaurants that have gluten free labeled on their menus are safe. But all I can tell you is I came here and got the salmon with dill carrots and mashed potatoes, all which I am usually safe with getting at most restaurants and I got SO SICK! All I can tell you is if you have celiac you definitely should NOT come here and I wish I would have read some of the reviews sooner.

Went here because the positive reviews regarding dedicated menu, etc. unfortunately the food did make my partner very ill as if something was cross contaminated in the kitchen. Unfortunately wont be coming back to this establishment because of this issue :(

The staff was knowledgeable, separate menu, and the manager not only signs off on the ticket in the kitchen but also hand delivers.

We called ahead and were there on Mother’s Day celebrating two graduations. At 6:30 at night. The general manager, manager and waiter were all fantastic. Our daughter asked about getting fries, and they checked on cross contamination and suggested she avoid it. We were thrilled to enjoy a meal with out stress, because the staff took it on for us. Thank you Weber!

My go to business meal place in Schaumburg- they always have a manager talk to you and do not take a cavalier attitude. My food is brought separately. Can’t beat the meat but their entree salads also excellent.

This is one of my family’s go-to places. The food is so delicious, even the coleslaw, and I have never had a reaction. My favorites are the chopped salad, baby back ribs, burger with Udi’s bun and the garlic mashed potatoes. I have found the wait staff knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Update 2/15/17 - GM called and spoke with me shortly after this review and discussed some of the issues. I was satisfied w the answers as they were some one offs.

Original Review - i have eaten here before because of what i thought was a good process. I am an asymptotic celiac so i cant always id cross contamination. I just ordered takeout so i was able to watch the cook prepare my GF burger in the open kitchen. The cook used the same grill that just had regular rolls on. Cook than sliced GF roll on same prep area w/ same knife that other bread was on. I am Very disappointed. I spoke w the sous chef and was told GF protein burns off and that there is no dedicated prep area. The fact that the manager brings out the meal means nothing if in the kitchen there are no precautions. Shouldn't offer. GF menu if you aren't going to make minimal precautions.

Fantastic! So many gluten free options here. Server was very helpful and said she would talk to the cook directly. I hope to return the next time I am in Chicago.

We took my husband here for Father's Day and had a great experience. I ordered gf salmon and it was delicious. The wait staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. Since I have Celiac, I have a Nima sensor and all my food tested at less than 5 ppm gluten. I will be back...my kids even liked it here!

They were very knowledgable about celiac. An amazing process. For meat eaters, this is a heavenly place.

The menu link provided here is NOT what is available here. There is no pasta or pizza available. As a vegetarian, I had one salad available to me. That was quite the shock to walk in and only have one option (as usual in GF).

Amazing food. Nice gf menu, lots of options. Did not feel limited in choices at all. Manager brought out my meal with an allergen slip in hand. BBQ ribs and pulled pork were out of this world along with garlic mashed potatoes and bourbon baked beans. Get the gf brownie dessert as well, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Great food, great atmosphere. LOVED being given a gluten free menu instead of a notebook page with a few options. I didn't get the personal delivery from the manager, but I don't care. It was wonderful food, great dining. I will go again!

Outstanding restaurant! We had a last minute team party here for 32 people. They were extremely safe with the GF people - manager delivers the GF food. Their menu is extensive and the food is delicious! Their service was top notch!

A nice amount of options! Brisket is amazing. Servers were knowledgeable.

They have a specific GF menu with a great selection of salads, BBQ items, sides, burgers, and appetizers. The waiter was well trained and the manager brought my plate out specifically stating it was a GF entree! It's a great place to go with family/friends because the stress of finding GF items is removed. I'll be back for sure!!

Good option. Love the somewhat recent addition of a GF bun! Missed some of their old options though on our last visit. They used to have BBQ items available for GF diners but apparently changed the sauce. Some staff seem more well trained in allergies than others. I've had mostly excellent experiences here but did have one near disaster. We pointed out the issue to our waitress and she argued with us instead of taking precautions until we proved that we were right -- the kitchen had included an ingredient that definitely contained wheat. Anyway, that was one bad visit after many, many excellent visits. Just keep your eyes open, ask questions, and you should be able to enjoy a fairly solid GF menu and experience.

The food is absolutely fine, and they do clearly mark which dishes are gluten free on the menu. However, contrary to at least one of the other reviews, they do NOT have gluten free buns for their burgers. Bummer!

I had breakfast here because it is attached to the Hilton. The person working this morning was amazing. The breakfast menu was not marked but he was so knowledgeable. He preemptively told me what was in the fryer and what was safe. He was so helpful and made sure that I had plenty of options. (I had the egg/kale bowl without the grains, yogurt, and fresh fruit.) The dinner menu is marked and I had the salmon. Note: updating because my second experience was not nearly as good. Seems like it is dependent on the person working.
