Coming here from out of town had me very cautious about where to eat. I saw other reviews for this restaurant and decided to try it, and I’m very glad I did! When I ordered, the staff immediately wrote down what I wanted and took my order to the back for it to be prepared separately from their standard pizza line. My pizza had gluten free crust and was cooked on a tin away from other pizzas. It was delicious, and they even had a poster at the order line stating which ingredients had top allergens. I waited until the next day to write this review and can say I did not have a reaction, and I am very sensitive to cross contamination.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. When you order a gluten free crust they immediately ask if it is for preference or allergy related. They make allergy pizzas in the back with separate ingredients to prevent cross contact. They bake the allergy pizzas in a disposable tray for cross contact as well. They have dairy free cheese and gluten free gelato. Great for all ages!

Very nice about it; let them know it’s an allergy not a preference and they will make the pizza in the back where it is not in a contaminated area up front. they also have small packaged ceaser salads (no croutons) and of course the gelato is GF

They asked if it was allergy or preference. They made the GF pizzas in the back. The restaurant had the serve safe allergy certificates displayed. 3 gelato flavors were GF! Great food and service.

They have a GF crust and prepare your pizza in a designated room. I’ve been here many times and the pizza is good.

The staff seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination and separate cooking areas, which is great and appreciated! I did not get sick. However the pizza had no flavor at all. Unlikely I will eat here again.
