This place was very acknowledgeable about gf and keto. Oh, and the prep it in the back witkefresh veggies and toppings. All their toppings are gf . their are all gf dressings except for the Caesar dressings. They even cooked my pizza in a Pan so it didnt touch anthing.

Turned around and walked out. The area where the food was made was a mess. No way they could avoid cross contamination.

"It is possible that there may be trace amounts of flour among our toppings. Our team members would be happy to change their gloves and build your pizza in a separate prep area in the back upon request if you are allergic to gluten. Gluten-free pizzas are baked in an aluminum tray to promote easy identification and reduced gluten contact. However, since we do work around flour all day and ALL pizzas are baked in the same oven, we can not guarantee that trace particles of flour and/or gluten are not in and around gluten-free items."

This place was aware of gluten free option. The even fix my pizza in the back with fresh topping. They cooked it on a metal pan. Yummy! All topping and most of dressing all but ceaser dressing is gf!!

Hubby has Celiac's, and while he loves the pizza, he always gets sick after eating here. The dough is GF but we think there is cross contamination.

Great staff. Immediately offered to make my food separately from clean containers and in GF space upon being notified that I have a wheat allergy. They also have GF gelato and offer a list of all the ingredients in the store containing gluten, dairy, and nuts.

Owner was very nice we have had great luck with our 4 year old celiac child. Staff changed gloves and cooked separately no cc has happened and we have ate here twice.

Went for lunch today for Valentine’s because I have had good luck twice. Today they literally rolled their eyes when I asked for gluten free. Then the unlucky employee went in the back came back up front and grabbed the brush that they brush all the dough with. Sorry but very big red flag. Was so hopeful that this would be our “go to “ place. Would give them a zero if I could.

I have come twice in the last few weeks and was surprised when they asked me if my gluten allergy was preference or allergy. They prepare the pizzas in the back with a fresh set of ingredients and cook the pizza on a tray to avoid contamination. There were a few ingredients they don’t have prepared in the back and asked if I was okay with it coming from the front, which I did because I’m gluten intolerant and not celiac. They also have gluten free gelato options which I loved. I did not feel sick after eating here and would recommend even for celiacs although you should still take precautions.

Very nice about it; let them know it’s an allergy not a preference and they will make the pizza in the back where it is not in a contaminated area up front. they also have small packaged ceaser salads (no croutons) and of course the gelato is GF

They asked if it was allergy or preference. They made the GF pizzas in the back. The restaurant had the serve safe allergy certificates displayed. 3 gelato flavors were GF! Great food and service.

The staff seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination and separate cooking areas, which is great and appreciated! I did not get sick. However the pizza had no flavor at all. Unlikely I will eat here again.
