While they do have a good variety on their gluten free menu, it clearly states that they do NOT recommend it for those with Celiac Disease as there is a high risk of cross contamination.

These guys are awesome! We ordered gluten-free sandwiches just before close. They didn't have enough gluten-free bread, so they went to a local grocer and bought some to make our sandwiches! Thanks for going above and beyond for us!

Not for celiacs. The menu from the counter had a warning on it that it's for "gluten sensitive" individuals only that avoid gluten for dietary reasons, and is not intended for those with celiac disease. Tried a gluten free sandwich anyways and the sandwich came wrapped with a sticker also listing the same warning. Nuff said, won't be coming back.

Their sandwiches are huge and delicious. Yes I did say sandwich including gf BREAD. They also offer free soft serve ice cream when you are done. I have been there numerous times with nothing but a full tummy when I leave. They also sell their Gf bread but is is very pricey.

We went and had lunch there today. I had a Tuna sandwich on Udi's bread and it was ok, not bad, but not amazing either. They did have a GF menu, but until I got my sandwich (which had the warning on it) did I know that they didn't really try to offer a GF setting for those with celiac disease or serious sensitivity to gluten. The sticker stated that they and their staff are not trained to handle food for Celiacs or those with sensitivities and that your food will have come in contact with other glutinous foods. Needless to say I was sadly disappointed.

the sandwhiches are great usually anf they do take the precautions by changing gloves and providing chips. the one problem I have is with some of the staff they seem like its a pain to make this order or usually its lack of listening when speaking of the employees taking your order when the order is mixed up they usually do well by starting over but with kind of a "really? is it that big of a deal attitude" which isn't exactly fun to feel like a burden. but otherwise food is great and you can even buy gluten free bread with them full size and soft 11 $ but you get a large sized loaf.

They use Udi's gluten free bread for their GF sandwiches. Ask to have the sandwich toasted, it really helps to keep the bread from crumbling apart as you eat it.

Pretty good. They GF bread isn't crumbly and it tastes great. The only thing is that they forgot to put cheese on my sandwich so it wasn't melted on while toasted. Overall, I enjoyed it and I'll be back.

Stopped in after landing in Salt Lake. They offer a GF bun option. The kid at the counter said he would be careful but I choose to avoid eating there - when in doubt, leave it out. The deli counter is open and used for all sandwiches. Although the bun may be GF and they put on fresh gloves I was too concerned that the meats, cheeses and other condiments must have been contaminated from all of the reaching in all day making sandwiches. If you are a sensitive non-celiac or have celiac I'd recommend avoiding this place.

Best gluten free bread I've EVER had. And you get free ice cream after your lunch? I'm in! I also did some research and I believe the bread that they use is UDI's. It tastes like real bread. So yummy!! A little on the expensive side but definitely worth it!

I got pretty sick the last time I tried to eat here. It may be hit or miss, depending on who is working, how careful they are, and how busy the place is. I know it is possible to get decent gluten-free food here; it's just not a guarantee.

Love the gluten free sandwich options. They use a larger size of Udi's bread that is delicious. I work in downtown Denver and this is the best option for a quick sandwich (they offer walk in and call ahead take out orders).

Great fresh ingredients, lots of selections! The gluten free menu even lists all of the garden bar ingredients so there is no guesswork. Prices are reasonable too. Will definitely make this a regular spot.
