Great option for GF Mexican food! Chips are fried separately from other fried menu items so they are safe to eat.

Updated review: I’ve been a customer for over 2 years, usually eating there every 3 weeks, and 3 Chicas has made many mistakes with my food but I’ve always caught it. I usually get corn tortillas and have accidentally been given flour tortillas. When ordering, I always state I have an allergy or have Celiac disease. All the previous times it’s happened, I report it to the restaurant and they assured me they would work on training their staff since there seems to be a disconnect between the person taking phone orders and the kitchen. Last night, the final mistake was made. I ate a whole flour tortilla when eating steak fajitas ordered with GF corn tortillas. I called the restaurant to report their mistake and when talking to the owner, the owner accused me of ordering incorrectly and while sympathetic to being sick, stood behind his staff and did not understand that it was a disconnect among his staff that has been happening for months. I have always ordered clearly saying I have Celiac and/or it is an allergy, usually confirm it is GF when picking up, and have been patient as they claimed they were working on training their staff. This was the final mistake and I am never eating there again.
I’ve eaten here twice and the food is yummy, almost all the food is GF, and options are labeled. All the sides are GF. I’m very sensitive and I’ve been safe.

I’ve gotten takeout from 3 Chicas Mexican Kitchen four times in the last few months and I have not gotten sick. The food is just ok and the staff is very nice and accommodating.

Their menu states very clearly what their gluten free items are and they state clearly that they take necessary precautions to ensure safety.
Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had!! I tried this for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was so good I went back a couple days later. I got the gluten-free cheese quesadilla and the gluten-free nachos. A lot of the food is naturally gluten free or gluten free with an easy corn tortilla substitute. Quality of the food was great and there was SO MUCH FOOD. Leftovers for days. They seem to really understand gluten free food and cater to Celiacs.
Non-gluten free friends also loved their shrimp fajitas. Great meals all around. So many options and customizable if necessary.

I have gluten sensitivity and a very bad wheat allergy and I did well here. I explained my situation, and I came prepared with histamine blockers, digestive enzymes and gluten manager. The food was good and the people were very friendly.
Cannot beat their two chicken taco combo special on Tuesdays! Comes with a hefty portion of rice, received beans, small scoop of guacamole and pick de gallo. It’s an every week thing for us!

Gluten free options are marked so I feel safe eating here
I like the Shrimp Enchiladas and the Flan is outrageous. They are Celiac aware and very helpful. This is one of my go to fast food places.

So many options. They were very sure that they take all CC precautions. Soooo delicious!

Knowledgeable about gluten and celiac. Wonderful experience. Everything can be made gluten free.

Really good with allergies! Next time I won't order the rice and beans though because it was kind of tasteless but the burrito I had was SO good!
Delicious, fresh Mexican food. Very gluten conscious, all menu items can be made gluten free. Our favorite takeout!

They have a good gluten selection. The girl that helped me was unsure about gluten free so she had someone else help me which is all you can ask. Food was good. For me it was almost the same as chipotle but less food more expensive
Good mexican food! They have a gluten free menu (about 12 items). Some of the girls don't understand what gluten is, and they don't have dedicated fryers and cookware, but they clean their stuff often and I haven't gotten sick the 9 or 10 times I've been there.

Excellent Mexican food. Their guacamole is to die for, the only one I will ever eat now. Also most of the menu items if not already GF can be made GF with corn tortillas.

Knowledgable about cross contamination - I've never had a reaction!

Good experience. Manager was well versed in GF- if celiac make sure you speak to him when ordering. Can make virtually everything GF, and was careful about x-contam. The pork carnitas were my favorite!

Love the shrimp tacos very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination
Great food. The owner, Lee, has 2 nephews with Celiac and he is very knowledgable regarding GF food and also cross-contamination. Steak Tacos and also the chicken, shrimp and fish tacos are excellent and served in double soft-corn tortillas. The chips and salsa are freshly made everyday and the fryers are only used for chips.

Food was ok, nothing special. Cafeteria style.
my absolute favorite for gluten free, super fresh food!!!
Ate here once - very good (and I'm picky about good tacos), pretty authentic, and the chef/owner/manager was willing and able to help w allergy questions. Dairy free isn't a problem either.
