I’ve never gotten sick here, and the staff seem knowledgeable. If you’re craving Asian flavors, this place has been safe for me.

The reviews here, the gluten-free menu, and my knowledgeable waitress made me feel like I was safe to eat here. I got a stir fry which was only average and I felt sick as soon as I left the place. It might still be safe to eat here but steer clear of the stir fry, they must fry it all in the same place and not clean it well enough to be celiac safe.

I tried some samples at a gluten-free expo and they were delicious. But the listing should not say that “delivery“ is offered. I called from the nearby Hilton Dulles and learned that the only delivery option is for catering, that is if your order is $250 or more. Please correct this in the listing.
Separate gluten free menu, and takeout orders are processed with a special "allergy" label. Haven't had a problem!
Safe and delicious! They are very careful with cross contamination! Best place to eat chinese and Thai
They have more than a few options for the gluten free guest. Enjoyed the spicy Chicken with cashews for lunch. The have a nice selection of appetizers and a flourless chocolate cake for dessert.
Food was very salty, and I think it was contaminated when I ate there (Kung Po Chicken with Rice Noodles).
I wasn't all that impressed, particularly after I got the bill. My normal gut husband said his entree wasn't all that great, either.
used to be one of my favorite restaurants. food has declined badly. Last visit the GF Kung Pow was awful. Waitress did not understand when I asked if the recipe had been changed and kept repeating that it Was GF. Never saw a manager to ask. they've lost our business.

Since changing the fish sauce, Big Bowl offers more than half of their menu items as Gluten Free! Also, chat up their wait staff and discover who's been there the longest. Half of the front of the house staff have been there 3 or more years. As for the management team - you will learn that 5 of the 6 managers have worked there for 9 years plus. This makes me comfortable in ordering off the menu - knowing their expertise & experience can guide me through the menu!

They have a gluten free menu and the staff is mostly knowledgeable. The food is very good, and they will substitute rice noodles for rice on any dish if you're in the mood for noodles instead of rice (which isn't noted on the menu). You do have to be vigilant with some of the wait staff. I had to write "gluten free please" on the slip the waiter gives you to take up to the line if you're doing the stir fry bar and picking your own vegetables. He hadn't noted my gluten free request, and I am sure I would have been glutened otherwise. Wait staff turnover is pretty frequent and a lot of nice young people, so make sure you're very specific about your needs.

Really a good place that knows well about gluten-free. It IS gluten-free for real.
The GF Pad Thai is amazing!
Mongolian beef was great!
You must try the Mongolian Beef, so good!
I had the green curry with chicken. Had some heat to it, but was some of the best seasoned food I’d had at an Asian restaurant recently. Service was great

As someone GF DF. - I had the Mongolian Beef mixed with the rice noodles vs rice. The sauce was very flavorful but the dish was made with excess oil so that was disappointing. The beef was a bit tough and required chewing. The mushrooms were quite tasty but the dish was heavy on the scallions. My husband had the chicken fried rice. He enjoyed the dish but it had remnants of peanut oil smell. If you have allegories to nuts or peanuts you probably need to be careful or ask if your dishes can be prepared in a separate place.

This is a go to place for us for birthdays and holidays. I always make sure to emphasize gluten free and have never gotten sick here!! Some wait staff is more trained than others, but overall love the food and always feel good eating here.
