GF marked on the menu plus other options the server informed us about. Food was delicious!!👍
I had eaten here before and knew food was great. First dining now as Celiac. Major language barrier at front desk and server. The front where you check in didn’t understand when I asked if there was a gluten free menu. Then colleague pointed to gluten free words on full menu. We were seated (with kids) and server did ask about food allergies. He pointed out gf items. Very friendly but limited knowledge and language barrier. Ordered gf avocado salad, great presentation and delicious. (Starter) shared gf paella for main. Great flavours. Kids enjoyed items off main menu. Lively music/band. I felt good afterwards.

Amazing. Server was so knowledgeable about cross contamination, and so accommodating. Great options for us and two young kids.

A bit expensive but food was excellent!!! The staff super knowledgable and the chef came to talk to us about options. Very accommodating, french fries are not good since they are coated with flour, but they have a separate frier for fried plantains, tostones and mariquitas, all GF. Churrasco and paella are all GF!!!

Gluten free items clearly marked on menu. Wait staff was knowledgable.

First thing the staff asked when we sat down was if we had any food allergies. Menu items were clearly marked and the staff was friendly and understood cross contamination! Great food and great mojitos!

Good selection of GF Foods. Waiter was knowledgeable and was also GF so was aware of cross contamination. Food came out quickly and was very good. I would definitely go back.
Had gf wrap, they said it was corn. It tastes like flour and wrapped like flour. Corn smell like lime and fall apart right away. Maybe they had corn but that one wasn't. I took two bites, Thank God because I have a terrible stomach ache
Menu is clearly marked what is gluten free, plus staff is knowledgeable about gluten free options. Chicken for Cuban wrap was a little dry, but overall experience is very nice.

The gf food was absolutely delicious! I go to Disney all the time and I always eat at bongos...they have several gluten free items and the chef comes out make sure nothing is cross contaminated or things like that.

While GF notifications point out menu items and the wait staff was willing to check on other allergens for me, I would not recommend Bongos. The mojo pork I ordered was really fatty, and the accompanying side items were less than stellar. I will not be returning, there's better Cuban food elsewhere in Orlando (see: Black Bean Deli). Limited selection. But gluten free Paella fed 3 people with left overs.

Had a chicken dish was pretty good.

Their menu now has a GF designation. Very few options but at least it's obvious what is available for GF eating. Have a very expansive drink menu but I wasn't confident in trying any of them without knowing all ingredients.

Food, service and GF knowledge all high. Chef comes out to review order.

They seemed very Celiac aware, good experience. Our 4 year old had rice and black beans that were gluten free. Only reason for 4 stars is no way to know about other gluten free menu items. Recommend overall.

Excellent GF experience! While they don't have a GF menu, the chef was more than glad to talk to me about the safe items on the menu. I had the roasted chicken with brown rice with black beans and sweet plantains
