They claimed to have gluten free options. I ordered a burger with green beans instead of fries, but the burger was originally served on a regular bun that the server claimed should be a gluten free bun but was admittedly unsure. The waiter didn't know what measures were in place in.itially, but they replaced the burger for me. I still was sick after the experience. The manager was aware of gluten contamination, but no staff was. That was a huge no-no. They also did not have any gluten free menus, they had some things marked on the menu but others were marked online only.
Service was also poor outside of gluten. Pancakes were served dry with no syrup or butter unless we asked for it, no drinks were refilled without asking, and despite a very long wait for the food they were unwilling to refill bread. Drinks also came in glasses that contained pieces of cheese. One in our party did not receive their food until I received my SECOND burger, 10 minutes after everyone else.
First time dining at this location, and it will be out last. ZERO STARS

We were excited about gluten free options however the waitress was unsure about gluten free. she didn't know if there was gluten free buns for the hamburger. so we ordered without bread and asked about French fries she said that she would check it out. when she brought the food to the table, there was buns on it and french fries before confirming that it was gluten free. she made us nervous and lost our appetite. wished the waitress was trained better. we are not going back. we have celiac so we have to be very careful about food obviously.
Tried their gluten free burger. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure to tell the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. The fries are in a dedicated frier. Overall great experience.
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
Cheesecake is always safe for me.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference

Tried to order a gluten free four cheese pasta for my Celiac daughter. When asked if they cook the pasta in separate water and use separate utensils, they said unfortunately they cook it in the same water as gluten pasta and they can’t use separate water. :(
