The staff was great. And everything I received was gf! Even the cheesecake on the gf menu.
Yes
Last time I went they were so uneducated (even the chef who came out and thought rice was "made of wheat") it was scary. They keep saying they are coming out with a GF menu but it hasn't happened so I haven't been back. One of the cheesecakes (Godiva) is naturally GF though.
No
Definitely has cross contamination! Ate off of the "gluten free menu" and got horribly sick immediately after. Bummed.
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
I was shocked to find a big chain like The Cheesecake Factory fail GF 101. They do not have a dedicated fryer and yet consistently list French fries on their new gluten free menu - seriously? Such a simple mistake does not lend any confidence that this restaurant understands what being gluten free means or how gluten free food needs to be prepared. Too bad.
Cheesecake is always safe for me.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference

Tried to order a gluten free four cheese pasta for my Celiac daughter. When asked if they cook the pasta in separate water and use separate utensils, they said unfortunately they cook it in the same water as gluten pasta and they can’t use separate water. :(
