My friend had gotten sick from this cheesecake factory twice! Both times were take out. The first time they gave them regular pasta instead of gluten free. Most recently they gave them fries that must have been cooked in the wrong frying oil. NOT SAFE. Hoping they see these reviews and have some kind of refresher course for the staff on allergens.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. They couldn’t even guarantee a bowl of strawberries would be safe. Ended up getting soda and tea the whole meal and eating snacks I packed in case

My family loves the Cheesecake Factory and I was very pleasantly surprised how much has changed since my last visit in 2019. My waitress informed her manager that I had Celiac and the manager came over to our table and talked about their protocols for ensuring that my meal would be prepared using GF precautions. They finally have a truly dedicated fryer for fries. I enjoyed a Bacon, Bacon burger with fries. The GF bun was a little too dense for me but, the burger and toppings hit the spot. My only recommendation would be for them to store their GF cheesecake in a dedicated area.

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
NOT SAFE! My son got so sick after we went. We went to the Cambridge one and I kept reminding them of gluten allergy and asking to make sure his food was safe and he still got so sick. I even had the manager come over.
No
Not only was the food cold when it finally got here, it was on a REGULAR BUN. Absolutely unacceptable, when I wrote gluten free AND gluten allergy in the instructions. This restaurant should be removed from the app.
Absolutely terrible.
No
I also found a regular piece of pasta in my dish. Happened at the Cambridge one too. For such a big chain, I’d expect they would be doing a better job in regards to allergies
I went tonight for my birthday and found gluten pasta in both my sister’s and girlfriend’s gf pasta dishes! I was horrified. They clearly do not care about cross contamination. Will be return for cheesecake, but unfortunately, not for food.
No
I ordered a designate “GF available” pasta dish and found a regular pasta noodle mixed in with it after another person I was with (also celiac) found another kind of regular pasta in her dish. Unacceptable. We both got really sick. I have gotten sick at 3 different cheesecake factories now. I will never go back to any of them.
No
I’m a diagnosed Celiac. Tonight I had a pasta dish and I found a piece of gluten pasta in my meal. My friend, who is also Celiac, also found a piece of gluten pasta. I’m disgusted with this. I would not recommend eating here at all. If anything, you are probably okay with dessert here but definitely not a meal.
No
My daughter has celiac disease and we asked them to prepare her gluten-free macaroni and cheese safely. About halfway through her meal she noticed a piece of spaghetti in her penne pasta. We have no idea if any of it was gluten-free or how that piece of pasta got in there. At the very least it was contaminated. I will not return.
No
Sad to say they have no idea about gf here. I asked some questions, waitress disappeared for 10 mins until I asked for a manager. Manager explained two items, one that I shouldn't get because it had soy, and one that had dairy. When I tried to explain that those items did not contain gluten she said she thought they did because 'someone' had said they did. No trading at all.
Yes
Explained to the server that I'm GF.. Ordered salad came with croutons on it . Definitely not a GF restaurant. Not worth the risk .
No
Do not eat here if you have Celiac Disease. Definite cross-contamination on the GF pasta. They will toast a piece of GF bread for you, but I doubt they use a separate toaster. They probably don't boil their GF pasta separately. I feel like I got hit by an 18-wheeler after eating there last night. I will definitely not return.

Had the salmon it was amazing!!! Told the waiter I had celiac he brought me out my own gf roll and own butter, checked on all the sauces for me and made sure I had an excellent experience... Only down side was only one cheesecake was made gf that night!
Yes
Awesome place which has many options. Make sure you say you have a gluten allergy. They have a whole menu with many options
In my experience, they treat gluten sensitivities like a fad diet and therefore do not take it seriously. My server could have cared less. I did not feel safe at all. Will not be back and it's a shame since this was one of my favorite restaurants before.
When they are not crowded they are great. I ask for the manager before being seated too which works great.
They went from having no options to having tons of options. They have a whole gluten-free menu now which includes pasta! I didn't feel like I was the gluten-free person at the table. I just felt like I was out to dinner with my family. The staff could be a bit more knowledgable though. More training on allergies. It's not enough to just try when someone has Celiac. No room for error.
Yes
horrible. I specifically said I have celiac and ordered 2 hours ahead and they have me bread and croutons on my salad. went back to get it fixed and asked for just a salad with grilled chicken, they gave me spinach, no lettuce, a tomato, 2 slices of cucumber and no chicken.
No
Gluten free pasta is great! They do have issues with cross contamination but didn't bother me. The gf cheesecake was not gf at all though, but not sure if they gave me the regular slice instead by accident - receipt didn't say gf when I checked after
They are working on a gf menu and when I was there a few months ago they said by this summer. Fingers crossed they create a gf cheesecake option!
Terrible. Not GF
Not GF at all. They state this themselves.
They do not offer a gf menu and are extremely in accommodating. Had a server refuse to give me the check until I ordered cheesecake and explained to him multiple times that I was allergic. Sad because this was one of my favorite spots before becoming gf.
Very surprised to see this restaurant on the list. My experience at any Cheesecake Factory has been unpleasant. I was discouraged from ordering anything other than a beverage & side salad without a dressing. I would prefer & understand if they would say that they cannot accommodate allergies.
Cheesecake is always safe for me.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference

Tried to order a gluten free four cheese pasta for my Celiac daughter. When asked if they cook the pasta in separate water and use separate utensils, they said unfortunately they cook it in the same water as gluten pasta and they can’t use separate water. :(
