We took my cousin & his wife to dinner this past Saturday. She has Celiac - we had a wonderful time. We asked the waiter to point out what she could have & he said it would be easier to point out what she couldn’t have - there were only 2 things! She was thrilled, she got the chilled grilled tomato with goat cheese, balsamic - it was served with GF toast points & salmon ceviche to start, the Amish chicken & had sides of asparagus & heirloom carrots that were to die for, we all had the flan with caramel for desert. There’s a mention of no GF menu here - don’t let that stop you from trying this incredible restaurant. It’s got one of the cleanest menu’s & knowledgeable staff around!
It also just made USA Today’s top restaurants in the country to visit!

Chef and staff are very knowledgeable about Celiac disease and what items are gluten free and how to make other menu items gluten free. Well prepared, fresh food that is exceptional. Lots of choices including appetizers, entrees, sides, even desserts. Highly recommend for those with Celiac disease and gluten intolerance/allergies.

Have eaten breakfast and dinner here as I stayed at the Hilton and both were great. At breakfast, one of the servers walked me thru the buffet to show what was good to eat and what wasn’t. They had GF cinnamon rolls and Udis muffins. Another server offered to make potato’s or toast for me GF. For dinner the server took the time to explain the whole menu . Servers seemed to be really well trained and were eager to help make sure we could eat safely.

This was a godly experience the food was so good. The waiter was knowledgeable about GF/allergy/celiac, the chef came out to talk to us, and pretty much everything on the menu was naturally GF, or could be adapted to be made GF (except the empanadas). The food was die to for. The sweet bread (thymus) was exceptional. The skirt steak was delicious, the chicken was fabulous. The only thing that wasn’t a standout was the bone marrow, which wasn’t amazing but still pretty dang good. The chimi churri was very very very good. Don’t even get me started on the cheesy potatoes (this is more of a queso consistency and I dipped meat in it). The smashed potatoes were pretty good. I have a great smashed potato recipe so I wasn’t wowed.
Ambience was unmatched.
And! Didn’t get glutened, so a great experience.
