For a chain, we had a wonderful experience! I had the chicken caesar salad (marked as something that could modified as gluten free) without croutons and he went back to make sure the dressing was also gluten-free without me asking. Also had the “perfect margarita” that had clear gluten-free ingredients (instead of the “house” simple syrup or other mystery ingredients that can be questionable).

NOT SAFE!! Gave me a normal bun, I even sent it back to the kitchen and they said it was gluten free. They assured me it was gluten free and after I ate about 3/4ths started to feel sick and knew it wasn’t. I would not eat here if you are gluten free.

Menu lists Gluten Free selections and also calories. Server was knowledgeable and confidently stated that the French Fries were GF and prepared in a dedicated fryer. I had “Cheeseburger in Paradise” with GF bun and fries. Burger was good (GF bun was weakest part, but sadly they always are) and I really enjoyed the fries (awfully rare to be able to enjoy safely when dining). Margaritas were excellent. Very nice outdoor dining area for view of Chicago skyline, boats, and people watching. Nice place to eat or drink at Navy Pier.

Don’t bother! GF buns disintegrate as soon as you pick up the burger. Food expensive for what you get. French Fries came out cold 🙄

I went there when it wasn't busy (there was only 1 other table) and still got glutened. The waiter was nice, nothing wrong with the actual restaurant, it's just not gluten free.

Waiter & Chef were brilliant at listening to my gluten free requests & taking me seriously on cross contamination. Delicious grilled chicken & rice and my celiac daughter had the gluten free cheese burger in a gluten free bun & salad & fries done in a seperate clean frier! Safe place to eat. Thank you. 💞

Fairly awful. The options were burgers and corn chips. Ordered a cheeseburger on gf bun. Got a sad burger missing cheese, pickles and onions. Left pretty hungry.

No allergen menu which is crazy, but waiter knew quite a bit about what was safe. Margaritas were good 😁

Waiter was helpful and although they didn't have a dedicated menu, they do provide GF bread and buns.

No longer have expanded gf menu. Disappointing...

Until recent changes, this was an excellent GF restaurant. They can no longer make GF fries or nachos, also said that the grill is cross contaminated. We were offered salads and declined. The Nordstrom Cafe saved the day!

We visited Navy Pier for the day and had lunch at Margaritaville. My daughter has celiac disease, so cross contamination is a big concern for me. After talking to the hostess, so gave us a gluten free menu with appetizers, sandwiches (Udi's buns), and even a dessert. It was loud and at a busy lunch hour so I was nervous. Tyrone was our waiter and everything was easy. They had GF margaritas and cider. We had chips and dip for appetizer. My daughter had a GF hamburger and I had the cheeseburger. They have a designated French frier. All was delicious. We ended the meal with a gigantic GF brownie dessert. It was fabulous. There was a mistake with my order, but Tyrone had it on the table within 5 minutes and comped it from my bill. Very lovely establishment.

Navy Pier location - Dedicated French Fry fryer. Server could answer all my questions and everything was correct for a Celiac diet. Ordered GF cheeseburgers, fries and fish sandwiches.

We got there about 3pm, but still waited for a table for 8 people. Our server was nice. Gluten free items were marked on the menu, but there weren't many choices besides salad and burgers. I got the volcano nachos and a side of fries because they had a separate fryer. I asked if the chili on the nachos was gluten free, and the server said it was. The nachos were tasty, but huge, and the fries were perfect. Nothing was marked from the kitchen, so I had to confirm with the food runner that my fries were gluten free. Made me nervous, but I didn't have any reactions.

Very fun environment at Pigeon Forge location. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and we felt very comfortable. Gluten free items marked on menu. Fair variety but seemed like more burgers, fries, salads type place. We usually avoid appetizers because not many options at places, but they had huge table size GF nacho appetizer. My GF daughter loved it! We couldn’t even finish them all! Separate fryer and really liked the fries. Would go back if had the option.

Good food. Items are marked. Waitress was not knowledgeable on procedures for preparing food and food was not marked coming out. It makes me nervous as a celiac patient but we were on vacation and this a good stop.

Had a bunless burger (they do have GF buns but I just prefer it without) Waitress informed me the fries were gluten free and have a dedicated fryer. I did have a reaction to something. The fries did have seasoning on them. All plates came out the same and at the same time making me nervous from the start.

We ate here during our day exploring Key West. My daughter with Celiac’s disease got the kids cheeseburger in paradise with fries. The server was very knowledgeable about food allergies. When our meal was brought out there was a ticket with my daughter’s meal to show that they had prepared the meal gluten free. This was a first for us and we appreciate the attention to detail. She enjoyed her meal and did not get sick.
