Great experience, I told the server upfront I have celiac and that I don’t eat dairy. He told me what was available and that the final say so would go with the chef. I had salmon over spinach. It was delicious. They also have two gluten free alcoholic beverage choices. No dessert options, but that’s ok- that’s pretty normal for me!

Very helpful and seemed knowledgeable about Celiac. Items are not marked GF, but server was helpful and talked to the Chef.

Disappointed. Only one gluten free pasta dish, penne pasta. They did say they could make some gluten free chicken dishes.

Always safe. No issues. Even when busy they still do a great job making sure it’s all gluten free! Always ask about dietary restrictions at the beginning of the service. Have sent out someone from the kitchen to talk about how they prepare everything safely. Definitely instills confidence. Never gotten sick from here.

Great GF options. The waiter asked if we had any dietary restrictions. When I said I had celiac, one of the chefs came to our table to explain the options. This was on Christmas Eve! It put me at ease as I was very nervous about eating out on such a busy night.

As previous reviews mention, the chef comes out to discuss options with you. I wasn’t in the mood for pasta and the salmon was a wonderful option that I was hoping I would be able to order.
Yes
It was nice to see the chef come out and personally make sure my boyfriend was taken care of. The food was cooked perfectly and he didn't have a reaction at all.

Another excellent visit. Enjoyed Gluten-Free pasta and sauce served in hearty portion. Chef visits your table prior to ordering to discuss menu options. Great value if you order selected pasta dishes that are two for one (one to enjoy in restaurant and one to take home, or two as take out). The dining room is always packed (be sure to make a reservation) because the food is outstanding.
3-1-2016 review: 5 stars. Great GF Italian food in restaurant or to go. GF pasta and sauces are definitely some of the best I have ever had (they are so good that even non-allergic people will eat them and say they are good). I have eaten here multiple times and have never had a reaction. Highly recommended.

Have to change my rating because they cooked my pasta in regular pasta water twice and the reaction was TERRIBLE

I mentioned to the server I have celiac and the chef came out to talk to us about options. Nice touch and lets you know that they care. The GF pasta is great but you need to ask for it. We've never had any issues.

Chef comes to the table to talk about options and how they can customize dishes. Gf pasta is great.

So many GF options, and a great deal to get the 2-person meal with 2 extra pastas to go. All the sauces are GF. Sub GF penne into almost anything. Chopped salad delicious, creme brulee awesome. Pasta was eh, kinda bland. Probably my fault ordering the "light" version of something alfredo. Didn't really like the texture of the penne either.

One of my favorites. Chef always comes out to chat and assure you he will take care of you.
This used to be my favorite restaurant until they went from corkscrew pasta that held its shape to the penne pasta that disintegrated...Loved the sauces however the last few times I went the pasta either broke apart and lost its shape or was dry and hard. Will NOT go back until they fix the pasta issue....

The chef came to the table to discuss the gluten free options and was very knowledgeable and cautious about cross contamination and such. I had a great experience eating there!
They said any of their pastas could be switched out for gluten free pasta. They brought the chef out to make sure but our spaghetti came out as penne pasta. It wasn’t clear that the only gluten free pasta they have to substitute with is the penne.

Love this place. Very friendly to GF people . The Rigatoni D is excellent GF. They can send the chef out to speak personally to you. Never thought I liked cream brûlée, but theirs ‘ is yummy. ( very rich food ) we were there for lunch on Valentines’s day

I just have to say — wow! I was shocked at the service and care that went into my meal. I went in for a business meeting and looked at the menu. There wasn’t anything labeled GF and so I assumed I couldn’t eat there. I mentioned it to another table guest and the server overheard me and came up to the table and said “most of our food can be made gluten free and all of our sauces except for one are gluten free as well.” He then had the chef come out and talk to me, which was a first. The chef asked me what I was looking at and what sounded good and said he could make pretty much anything gluten free. I ended up getting the chicken piccata — he grilled my chicken and subbed for gluten free pasta and it was delicious!
I felt super heard/seen and will 100% be returning.

Really great Italian restaurant - we had an amazing waiter (his sister has coeliac so he was very knowledgeable). He recommended the chicken francese (but chicken parm style and with some spicy chilli pepper sauce) and the lobster carbonara (with GF penne).
Both were amazing, but the lobster carbonara stole the show - highly, highly recommend! My dad said it was the best pasta dish he’d ever had.
The only GF dessert option was the creme brûlée - this was delicious. It comes in a smaller ‘taster’ size or a larger portion to be shared.
We liked it so much we came back the next evening and ordered the same thing. I did no not react to the food on either occasion, felt very safe, and would happily eat there every time we’re in Vegas.
