I told them I was gluten free and they had the chef personally come out and tell me about the perpetration and I didn’t even have to ask. It was soooo good!

Went to a baby shower in the banquet room. The waiters made sure my GF ziti was brought out at the same time as the main course for the party. They did bring mine our first to ensure it was not handled at the same time as all the gluten items.
I was really impressed. The pasta was Reallt GOOD. I will be going back! I didn't get sick. And they were so understanding and happy to accommodate me. Five stars!

I had a really good experience here. I got gluten free baked ziti and my friend got regular ziti. I was really freaked out because there were no indicators/markers on the plate to show the difference. But the waiter explained the difference in pasta used for gluten free meals. I ate it and had no issues.
Told several staff members that I have Celiac and need gluten free. I was given regular pasta. Spent the evening sick in the bathroom.
GF and allergy friendly. Chef came to speak with us, recommended dishes and was knowledgeable and reassuring. Daughter ate several times and have never gotten sick (celiac) or allergic (dairy, eggs, nuts). Also delicious food and easy going atmosphere.

No specific gluten free menu, but gluten free penne can be substituted for almost all pasta (not ravioli or lasagne, obviously). All proteins can be grilled instead of breaded and fried. All sauces are gluten free. Creme brûlée is gluten free and delicious.
Chef came to table before we ordered to cover how gluten free meals and was comfortable with serving a celiac. Staff is knowledgeable and obviously trained. Great experience.

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, and I have been finding it difficult to find foods that I previously enjoyed gluten free. When I mentioned to the waiter that I had a gluten allergy the chef personally came out to my table and told me all the different options they can do. He was able to take a pasta dish I previously loved and make it 100% gluten free and it was absolutely delicious. I wasn't even able to tell the difference between the regular noodles and the gluten free ones! Maggianos is differently celiac friendly!

Love this place for all their GF pasta options. Staff & servers seem knowledgeable about gluten. Go there with a big appetite!
Great gf pasta for kids and adults

I have celiacs went to eat with co-workers, spoke to chef seemed very knowledgable and accommodating. When food arrived I was cautious as always ate 2 bites of my pasta and waited a bit to make certain it wasn't contaminated. When waiter came back to table I said one more time "these are gluten free right?" He said oh no those are regular noodles. So sorry let me get you the gluten free ones, I immediately started to cry. Was sick all night long from 2 bites! Big mistake will never go back to this place.

We've been here twice since my daughter was diagnosed celiac. The first time was great. They charged an extra $2 for gf pasta which was fine.
The second time she ordered salmon with potatoes. She nearly finished the salmon when she noticed some orzo on the plate which was very difficult to see in the sauce. They had likely fixed it as usual (normally comes with orzo) and wiped it off when they realized the mistake. So when i brought it to their attention they comped the meal and brought her a nice dessert which she couldnt eat bc she was in the bathroom sick. Well she is sick as a dog now 8 hours later. I hope the cook who decided he could just wipe it off reads this. Sucks to suck.
Excellent gluten free pasta... Was able to substitute gluten free pasta in any dish we wanted. Chef and staff was excellent in taking great care to avoid cross contamination. Bonus that we had the meal to take home with the classic pastas! Will absolutely be back!
Waiter was clueless bout gluten free. Chef never made an appearance. Do not attempt gluten free at Maggiano's. this was by far my worst gluten free dining experience!!!!

Wonderful - had the chopped salad and shrimp scampi w/ GF pasta. The scampi had at least a pound of shrimp. Sarah are waitress was so helpful and nice. This is my favorite Italian restaurant.
awesome! chef came out to talk to us about our allergy issues and designed our meals around our multiple allergies, even made a special dessert just for us that wasn't offered on the menu. can't wait for another trip to Dallas area so we can go back!
Wow, wonderful!!! The chef just lets you know what they can make. Don't let that scare you. They served creme brûlée for all of the attendees at the Dallas gf expo!!!! Great food!!!!!
Custom gluten free food and pasta directly from the chef
Beautiful Italian restaurant. My server was very kind and knowledgeable about the Gluten Free options. They don’t have a separate menu or any indications of any dishes being GF on the menu so you rely on your server. She suggested I get the GF Taylor Street Baked Ziti and it was delicious! Definitely coming back here when I get the chance.

This restaurant is amazing and the servers are very professional. I had a work meeting here, and my boss asked for the gluten-free menu( I have Celiac) . They had a separate menu, and they cooked everything separate , with no cross contamination. The manager came and talked to me and read the gluten-free menu.. She was very smart and careful. The food was wonderful, and the cream brulee was so yummy. I didn't get sick at all. 🤩

Even if it’s not nessesarily their nitch, These folks get G-Free & Celiac! And rarely are you going to find such care & consideration at such a classy atmosphere Restaraunt as this!
Dress up or casual… we saw the whole spectrum of customers here. Although, dressing up will really make a special night out here. Wonderful old time dinner music hits from the likes of Sinatra filled the low light pleasant & romantic venue.
Once advised of our issues, our waitress Sheena (who, by the way, is a 5-Star Rock Star of a Server!) had the Chef at our table side in minutes, advising us on their abilities & limitations. Way more selection than one might anticipate, although less than we had seen at their Orlando location last year.
The gluten free Panne as Alfredo w/Chicken breast added was exquisite in appearance and taste….even as a next day leftover!!!

While I have never gotten sick at Maggianos in the past my pasta has been undercooked, and they do not offer many gluten free options.
