Perfect dining experience with attention to detail, attentive staff. My wife is gluten intolerant and service was well versed in options and allergies, asking right upfront. They have plenty of selections for gf. All the food was wonderful. Special nod to the bar , as their drinks , we had an old fashioned and mojito, and they were very good. They were also attentive to time and ensured we had plenty of time for our show. They can handle many large groups, the space is big. Coming back soon! Literally.

They said any of their pastas could be switched out for gluten free pasta. They brought the chef out to make sure but our spaghetti came out as penne pasta. It wasn’t clear that the only gluten free pasta they have to substitute with is the penne.

Really great Italian restaurant - we had an amazing waiter (his sister has coeliac so he was very knowledgeable). He recommended the chicken francese (but chicken parm style and with some spicy chilli pepper sauce) and the lobster carbonara (with GF penne).

Both were amazing, but the lobster carbonara stole the show - highly, highly recommend! My dad said it was the best pasta dish he’d ever had.

The only GF dessert option was the creme brûlée - this was delicious. It comes in a smaller ‘taster’ size or a larger portion to be shared.

We liked it so much we came back the next evening and ordered the same thing. I did no not react to the food on either occasion, felt very safe, and would happily eat there every time we’re in Vegas.

Food was delicious with many GF options. Any of their pastas can be made subbed with GF penne. Hubby who has Celiac ordered the chicken Parmesan with potato chip crust served with GF penne. Also ordered the chopped salad. I ordered the Famous Rigatoni “D”with a lovely Marsala cream sauce.

Very disappointed. Ordered chicken park gluten free and they brought us out reg chicken park. They did catch the mistake but 1/3 into eating it. They did comp the food but the damage is done and my wife feels pretty sick the next day.

They have gluten free pasta, and can make any of their dishes with the pasta gluten free, except the ravioli or lasagna. Their salads all have gluten free dressings. And they have creme Brule for gf dessert. They can make the dishes with grilled chicken instead of breaded, or do chicken parm with a potato crust, which is what we had. It was PHENOMENAL. I highly recommend this place. Very knowledgeable staff, supremely good food.

Awesome, had the Chicken Parmesan with gluten free noodles and the crust on the chicken was potatoe chips for the "breading". Also had some of the blacked salmon and mashed potatoes. So so good.

Fantastic. We sat at the bar and one of the bartenders has a sister who is celiac so she was super helpful. They will pan fry the calamari (unbreaded) if you ask and it is delicious. All the pasta can be made gluten free - will substitute in gluten free penne. Only problem was I ate too much. 🤣

Severs were great! Super knowledgeable about cross contamination and very helpful, our waitress said Oder anything you like on the menu and I’ll explain to you how we will make it from scratch- gluten free. We had pasta and it was soooo good. First time I’ve had good GF pasta that I would go back for. Loved this place!

This establishment, its chef and our waiter were absolutely spectacular. We have had very little luck eating out since my husband's celiac diagnosis. We made reservations here on a whim and were blown away. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable, the chef came to our table and went over options with my husband personally. We ordered salad (all of their dressings and sauces are GF) appetizers, main dishes and dessert. For the first time in a year, my husband felt included and understood. He said the food was amazing and I was near tears the entire time (our year with celiac has been horrible) because our experience was so refreshing. When we shared our feelings with the waiter, he even told us of another location that was closer to home.

This is one of our favorite chains. My son loves the GF pasta here and the Vegas location provided a great experience. Our server was extremely knowledgeable. I spoke with kitchen staff who explained their cooking process. We had a large group and ordered family style and our server switched the bread in one of the appetizers with chips so my son could eat it. The spinach and artichoke dip is GF, ask them to bring chips instead of bread. She also brought him a bowl of ice cream during dessert. The crepe brûlée is gf but he wanted ice cream. We always have a positive experience at Maggianos, we’ll be back.

I had the baked ziti and it was delicious. Did not get sick. Generous portion. Our waiter was extremely attentive to our gluten allergy and offered other options to compensate for items we couldn’t have. Excellent service and great food

I used to love this place and never had a problem until today. I just got so gluten sick immediately after eating here. Maybe i didn’t specify my allergy clearly enough but if you go here make sure you do.

Delicious gluten free food! Amazing service! The waitress notified the chef of our dietary restrictions and the chef came to our table and spoke directly to us, giving us options to choose from. After the meals were served, the chef returned to ask us how everything was. The waitress also returned a few times to ask how everything was. The dinner was delicious and I will definitely return to Maggianos next time I visit Las Vegas.

Tonight my husband and I shared the chicken parmigiana and the grilled chicken caprese salad both were made gluten free. It was so delish. The chicken parmigiana was “breaded” in crushed potato chips and it was sooooo crispy. After I ordered everything gluten free with the waiter, the sous chef (who was preparing our meal) came out and talked with me about the food and any other allergens I needed to be careful of. The restaurant can get busy and they take reservations with a minimum of an hour before.

They have a dedicated, separate kitchen! The food is fantastic, and you can order nearly anything on the menu and explain that it needs to be gluten-free. They take dietary issues seriously. All dishes are made from scratch and modified to be completely safe. I was extremely impressed!

Edit, 12/18: my second visit here, and I want all of you to know that the staff is still knowledgeable about making GF accommodations, this restaurant is very safe, and the beef tenderloin medallions are maybe the best thing I’ve ever tasted.

The prices were also quite reasonable, my boyfriend and I spent about $50 after drinks and our meals. I would highly recommend. Excellent place to get authentic Italian food right in Vegas.

This restaurant is amazing and the servers are very professional. I had a work meeting here, and my boss asked for the gluten-free menu( I have Celiac) . They had a separate menu, and they cooked everything separate , with no cross contamination. The manager came and talked to me and read the gluten-free menu.. She was very smart and careful. The food was wonderful, and the cream brulee was so yummy. I didn't get sick at all. 🤩

Even if it’s not nessesarily their nitch, These folks get G-Free & Celiac! And rarely are you going to find such care & consideration at such a classy atmosphere Restaraunt as this!

Dress up or casual… we saw the whole spectrum of customers here. Although, dressing up will really make a special night out here. Wonderful old time dinner music hits from the likes of Sinatra filled the low light pleasant & romantic venue. Once advised of our issues, our waitress Sheena (who, by the way, is a 5-Star Rock Star of a Server!) had the Chef at our table side in minutes, advising us on their abilities & limitations. Way more selection than one might anticipate, although less than we had seen at their Orlando location last year.

The gluten free Panne as Alfredo w/Chicken breast added was exquisite in appearance and taste….even as a next day leftover!!!
