Yummy and gluten free. Very knowledgeable. We had the pie wei original chicken. Came with a GF sticker on it. Also with packages of GF soy sauce.

I am very sensitive and despite asking for food to be prepared separately, I am sick. The staff seemed knowledgeable but may have been rushed since it was busy. Would not recommend depending on how sensitive you are. Very tasty though!

They were able to make gluten free fried rice and gluten free Pei Wei Spicy Chicken. The menu has a "can be prepared gluten-free" icon shown on the items that it applies to.

To make my chicken breaded, they tossed it in potato starch before putting it in the pan. Very light, crunchy, and all-around tasty!

Asked for gluten free pei wei chicken. It took an extra 15 minutes, but worth it to know it was prepared separately. It also tested gluten free with my Nima sensor. And the food was delicious!

7-13-2018, great gluten free meal. Ordered the original spicy chicken. Took an extra 5 minutes to cook gluten-free. It was worth the wait.

6-28-2018, Went to eat there for the second time because the first was so successful. I ordered the same as last time but this time I was told that my food would take 40-45 minutes to make because they had to clean out a wok and the cooks don't stop to do that when they are busy. The server told me that I was better off to take my chances with an uncleaned wok. I passed and went to look for another place to eat. I doubt management would like the service I got today.

Between 2 and 3 of MSP C Terminal. Have a few GF choices. I had the original spicy chicken. Takes extra time to make the GF dish (5-8 min, worth wait). Ask for the GF (Gold) soy sauce.

Only one gf entree and one gf appetizer. But it's very good and I've never gotten sick! They have Tamari (soy sauce) on request only. Tip: Ask for the gold soy sauce packs!

I had the Pei Wei spicy chicken - the only entree marked GF. Rice, chicken, carrots, and pea pods. It was good. A bit expensive at $9.40, but it is at the airport. It took about 10 min for them to make. I heard them communicate it was GF, but didn't watch the prep to see what that meant for them. You can see the cooking area if you want to monitor.

The spicy chicken is awesome! Second time having it in two months and I did not get sick. When it says GF still tell them GF and they will change their gloves. I didn't ask but did see the cook change gloves.

I change up Changs's spicy chicken by ordering half chicken, half shrimp...order sauce on the side, stir in 1 tsp hot mustard and two packets of g/f soy sauce into the heated sauce, then spoon over dish as needed. I have asked for different veggies as well, but enjoy pea pods the best in this dish. : )

They have one dish (spicy chicken) that can be made gluten free.

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
