Son is celiac. For the most staff had no clue, manager came out with special gf menu. Needless to say, the food was not gf and caused much discomfort. Stay away if gf is essential like us.

7-15-2022 My daughter who has Celiac ate there last night and although the gf meals were in the correct plates , she was glutened. Had to go straight back to our hotel after leaving because she got diarrhea. She has eaten at other PF Chang’s without any problem. I did call them but they didn’t seem to care.

Delicious and everything was clearly marked with allergy stickers. I felt great after two separate meals here.

I always enjoy PF Changs and feel safe getting food from their establishment. They take measures to keep the food separate, use red containers for the gf sauces, and marked plates for the food. This time I got my go-to: Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and rather than Mongolian Beef, I got the Spicy Chang’s Chicken with fried rice. Portions were large, I brought half home with me. Very tasty!

Ordered takeout and chose 2 items from the GF menu. They were clearly labeled with a sticker on them and packaged in a separate bag as well. We were told the area of the kitchen that prepares GF items is completely separate. Food was delicious and definitely no one got glutened from it!!

Lots of options, really great food, friendly waiter who was well aware of dietary needs. Had a great time!!
Bad service, ignorant hostess and managers with no time to come listen to your comments. Careful if your expect to be listened... as for GF training, no complains.

The server seemed knowledgeable and the menu even states that all GF items are cooked in a separate wok. It was great

A great choice if you are in the mood for gluten free Chinese food. Offers favorites like Pad Thai and spicy chicken. Even has GF dessert like flour less chocolate cake

For some reason I always have a reaction when I eat here. My reactions range in severity from minor inflammation to painful headache. I can't say for certain whether gluten is the issue, but it seems there are definitely some inflammatory ingredient included in the dishes - perhaps peanut oil or unknown preservatives.

This location is no longer safe. The chef has been replaced and the GM either doesn't care anymore or is new. 3 visits in a row my meal came out with gluten containing ingredients on it. The 3rd time I got glutened because I didn't see it til it was too late. All three times the server gave me attitude for sending it back, and the manager on duty did not make the situation right. Do Not Go Here!

I eat here very frequently and am a celiac. of the tens of times in the last year I have eaten here I've never had a problem. all staff are extremely well trained and know how to handle gf requests with out issue. not once have I worried about my food, it is always stress free and like ordering as a 'normal' person. Lol
safe and tasty option. always a good option in Boca. even when they are busy as can be.

I like them now. I didn't earlier. They screwed up once several months back but now they know me & are sure to get me gluten free soy sauce. I am also sure to say I want gluten free very loudly so there is no misinterpretation. They made up for it as best they could with free meals. As a hungry college student I decided to risk it again & luckily haven't had problems with them since.
**This review was from my last visit in late April '15, I thought I had posted a review but I guess I didn't finish it since I was writing it while I was sick. **
I don't know what happened to either this spot or PF Chang's as a whole, but I got extremely sick after eating at this location. I was eating at only dedicated GF establishments and this PF Chang's, and I can say without a question of a doubt it was the meal that I received while at this location. In fact this was the last time I had a meal at a non dedicated GF restaurant/business. I am done with putting my health at risk, I'm done with trying to figure out who, what, where got me sick. And most importantly I'm done with establishments like this not taking Celiac Disease serious or treating it like a fad diet.

some gluten free options , make sure you ask for gluten free soy sauce
Good GF menu-lots of options. Server was very nice and seemed aware of what was GF and not.

The gluten free menu is very large. They have special plates and menus for gluten free. My whole family enjoys the food!!

nothing blah about their gf menu. this is our go to restaurant when I don't feel like cooking. their attention to detail, special plates for gf, large gf menu and delicious food makes this one of our favorite gf spot.
While they do have a GF menu and I was offered GF soy sauce (actually the dumpling sauce), their food is bland. Edible but blah.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
