Some nice GF options, but it needs an update.
Real pork fried rice !!!!
Excellent menu as far as variety. The staff take precautions with the sauces and specially marked plates. One of our "go-to's" for Chinese.

Fantastic gluten free food served on specially marked plates to help avoid confusion in the kitchen. I love their beef with scallions and fried rice. Do know that the fortune cookies they give after the meal generally aren't gluten free.
I like there gf menu especially there gf lettuce wraps.
This place is not celiac friendly. I think someone made a mistake. I was extremely sick within 20 minutes of eating off their gf menu. I wouldn't recommend this place.

There's a GF section on the main menu. They had GF chicken fried rice without vegetables in the kids section so my 4yr old daughter was happy. The manager brought out the GF food separately and they use different plates so they stand out more. The only issue was that they brought out fortune cookies that were not GF (instead of not bringing them out at all) so my daughter was sad when she found out she couldn't eat them.
12/24/12 update - Got takeout for the 1st time (order placed online). The GF dishes have a big Gluten Free sticker on them to make it easy to identify. Extra soy sauce packets are Organic & Gluten Free. Note: Lunch dishes included soup when placing order but there was no soup in the bag.
tasty tasty! love this place especially the singapore street noodles and chang’s spicy chicken! never been sick, i’ve been to multiple of the chains.

This was my first time at a P.F. Chang’s. I ordered the spicy chicken dish (sorry, can’t remember its exact name) with white rice. I asked the waitress if they use a separate fryer for gf, and she assured me they do. My food came out on a red-rimmed plate, indicating it is gf. It was delicious and I felt fine after eating it.

If you are dairy free as well, this location is not for you. Didn’t realize until we were there that they use a milk powder on all their meats so the only thing I could safely eat gf/df was the pad Thai. It was fine, but not something I usually eat there and my stomach did bother me afterwards.
