I saw the mixed reviews, thought I’d take a chance. Bad idea. The next day my stomach pains were so bad I considered going to the ER. After that my joints locked up- a sign it was truly gluten. I had to cancel work which costed me about $800. I’m angry because this feels like more than just a cross contamination. This was just pure neglect/ they don’t care. I told her I was celiac and to please notify the kitchen. Clearly they can’t be trusted. I will never go back.

Terrible. Do not order from this restaurant. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps from their gluten free menu and got horribly sick. This was a takeout order and the receipt and containers said GF but it was most definitely not.

I eat here once a week and every time they mess up my food. I haven’t gotten sick and I usually get my meal free because they are incompetent. The limited Covid menu sucks! They have a lot of options but their staff is clueless!

They literally do not have any but will pretend they know what you are talking about when you call. The amount of times I try ordering hoping it will just be a little bad is so sad. Every time my food is labeled gluten free it is not. The manager specifically told me how to tell if my food was gluten free or not and everytime it is not and I get HORRIBLY SICK. I wish they would like realize the harm of sending out fake labeled gluten free meals.

Weekly carry out gluten free! Love Chicken Pad Thai!

This was my tried and true restaurant until my birthday lunch. First, they had no free dessert for my birthday because they have no GF dessert. Then I got deathly ill. The doctor squeezed me in the next morning and ran a gluten antibody test which was positive. It took days to recover and many other tests. I wrote management and never heard a word back. I'm done with the special GF plate fake out.

This was one of the first restaurants we went to when my boyfriend was diagnosed with celiac disease. Even though he was the only one with celiac, all of us having dinner ordered off of the gluten free menu to avoid any confusion or risk of cross contamination. As soon as we got home he was sick. Not sure what happened but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great food and didn’t get sick!! Staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination

They have GF options on the kids menu, which is unheard of. Unfortunately my daughter with CD instantly complained of a tummy ache and was sick afterwards. There is likely some contamination in the kitchen.
No
Knowledgeable staff and great gluten-free options (even for kids). My 4 year old has celiac and had chicken fried rice with no issues. They use different plates so you know it’s GF. We will be back for sure!
Yes
I got glutened from eating here unfortunately! Staff seemed knowledgeable & they had a menu that was GF & claimed to have a separate kitchen space but apparently not. Had the GF lettuce wraps

I’ve dined in and gotten take out here, many times. No contamination whatsoever and no worries. The food has always been very good.

Super knowledgeable and helpful wait staff. The waitress I had was actually celiac like me. The egg drop soup is GF on its own and they have a separate fryer for GF dishes like fried rice.

This is one of the few places that I have been able to eat safely. I eat at the Haggerty Road location once a month and have NEVER had a problem there. GF options are served on special plates and GF sauces are in red cups so you know it's tamari and not regular soy sauce. I am a celiac who is also dairy free - we always have the GF lettuce wraps and the GF spicy chicken or GF mongolian beef. It does help to be sweet to your waitstaff when you have multiple food issues.

…worst experience in a long time at a restaurant for me, and I recently came back from the other side of the globe without much of a problem… It was PF Changs on Haggerty in Northville. I avoid gluten and dairy without clear diagnosis of celiac (but I suspect it), they got rid of their one GF DF entree choice, so I went for the GF lettuce wraps. Haven’t had such a reaction since before I began the GF DF diet years ago. …so please beware…

Excellent GF menu options - and very knowledgable and caring management/staff! This is my husband's favorite restaurant for a GF meal!
Gf menu... With no gf beer:(...that irritates me!
Excellent!!!
The ONLY place to go for a comfortable GF Chinese food experience.
Fantastic! Excellent selection. Staff very knowledgeable. By far the best GF restaurant for Chinese food. Sure, it's a little pricey but it's an upscale restaurant. My wife and I go there frequently and would go more if it weren't for the long wait (it's very popular)
they have a GF menu however everything OS made with white viniger....so those of us who are extra sensitive have a harder time. The menu should state what is in the sauces!
Oh how I love this place! The best GF menu around. The Mongolian beef is amazing!
We’re so sad! We love PF Changs. My mans noddles had PASTA in them. Although the box had stickers saying it was gluten free it was not. $40 spent on a nice meal for nothing. I would not recommend this Changs if you’re GF Celiac

Went on a busy night, had the gluten free chicken pad Thai with no tofu and gluten free Singapore street noodles. The server was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options and GFO is marked on the menu. At least 7 options which is more than most chains. The food was excellent, very flavourful and had no reaction whatsoever.

Ordered the spicy chicken with a side of fried rice and everything came out marked gluten free. Before I even got the check, I could already feel myself getting sicker by the second. This was likely a case of carelessness and seems to be a trend at this location based on other reviews. Would avoid this location if you are sensitive to cross contamination.
