Super safe for celiac. We eat here weekly!

They showed me allergy menu. Chips are not celiac safe as they share oil with breaded avocado. They wiped down counters. Very helpful.

Great find! Easy, authentic. Most of the menu is labeled GF. Chips are GF in a dedicated fryer. If you have food allergies they have you order with the staff rather than just electronically. Will be back often.

There is a sign at the counter that says “we take dietary restrictions seriously. Please talk to a team member” They explained that all the tacos, meat were GF and the chips were fried in a GF frier! The person at the counter explained how to flag my items on the tablet and also that they would clear the line, wipe everything down and change gloves before preparing our food. They do have flour tortillas for burritos in the kitchen, so there is some risk, but I felt they understood my needs very well and did not get sick. We had a carne asado and chicken taco and spicy chicken nachos. I liked the tacos better than the nachos, but all the meat was really good! The house made salads were also awesome! If I lived here, I would eat this all the time!

Everything is marked on the menu, a lot of gf options, and the workers were very helpful and took extra precautions when I told them I was celiac

Food is very good, but be aware that for them GF means "Gluten Friendly" - they can't promise no cross-contamination. My wife has had a reaction after eating there on two different occasions.

At all of the Tacoria locations I’ve been to, they’ve been instructed to notify the manager when you order and say you have a gluten allergy. The manager is always knowledgeable about cross contamination and preparing the dish safely. Generally most items can be made Gluten Free, but always check about the chips because some locations use shared fryers. Unfortunately, they inconsistently have the option to mark celiac/gluten allergy online, so I usually call before and after my order to make sure they mark it correctly as a gluten allergy.
This is one of my go to spots in Princeton because I know I can eat there safely.

The manager is always knowledgeable about cross contamination and preparing the dish safely. Everything can be made gluten free except the tortilla chips which are corn tortillas made in a shared fryer. One of the most reliable delivery options. Never had a reaction and everything is always delicious. Love their burrito bowls (anything with their chorizo is a win) and their Brussels sprouts.
I didn’t realize their chips were made in a shared fryer but again, I’ve never had a reaction and eaten them dozens of times. Obvs, YMMV.
