The food was delicious, unfortunately I did get glutaminated! As a person with celiac, I know it’s a risk to dine at an establishment that is not dedicated GF, which I why I rarely do it! The waiter was confident they could prevent cross contamination, unfortunately it didn’t work out this visit. Not blaming them, the kitchen was very busy and I’m sure they have a lot of gluten back there. If you’re willing to take the risk, the food was delicious!

Just go here. Read this review if you must, but make a reservation first. This place is a mom and pop euro-American restaurant where food is crafted by a masterful craftsman of a chef. The service was 5*, and at the mention of celiacs my waiter didn’t bat an eye. They can make most of the menu gluten free and are extremely knowledgeable even if they don’t openly advertise it.
We both had steaks which were EXCELLENT, with four different types of mushrooms, truffle polenta, and chocolate torte for dessert.

They messed up my order, didn’t apologize for it, and we were caught by surprise that they very willingly offered and brought out gluten free bread (toasted udi’s sandwich bread) and charged us $2 for each plate they brought out without notice.
Food was ok, my friends liked it, server was nice, but I left feeling a little ..eh

So many items can be made Gluten Free and staff has always been aware. I’m a very sensitive celiac and I’ve always had great experiences here. My favorite place to eat in Frisco!

We came here every time we visited the area before my celiac DX. So happy to be able to come here again. They have fabulous meals and quite a few options for gf. When hearing about celiac, they set up a station for gf meal preparation and have other precautions. They substituted a gluten pasta with a corn pasta for us and they cook their GF pasta in a separate area of the kitchen. They place the gf bread on a stainless steel pan and run that through a mobile toaster. We like the bread better not toasted because it’s super crunchy when toasted. They seem to be knowledgeable about celiac. I am silent celiac, so I can’t speak to any reactions after eating here.

Cute restaurant, and very good food! They had gluten free bread for me with separate olive oil, which was awesome. The service was good, and I felt confident and enjoyed eating here!

Safest place in town for food allergies. They can feed even a GF vegan comfortably. Friendly and knowledgeable. Our go to place.

Rating is ZERO. I stated that I found the place on a GF App. The man at the counter shook his head no.

Extremely knowledgeable about celiac needs. Amazing dinner and only four things on the menu that I couldn't have. I had a dinner with my husband that was romantic, amazing food and amazingly enough 100% safe for me. I will definitely go the next time we are in the area.

Truly delicious, quality ingredients, filling portions! We were visiting the area on a ski trip but if we come back out there, we will go back. I am a celiac and had no problems.
Best dinner of our vacation!

Only six items on the whole menu we could NOT order. Very knowledgeable and even cleaned the cook area for celiac orders!

Very knowledgable and accommodating to my gluten free, dairy free, and soy free diet. When I asked for an allergen menu the waiter asked me to find something that interested me and he would tell me about the dish and whether they could make the necessary accommodations for the dish. I felt very comfortable eating here. The food was delicious and I would definitely go back. They had a dining room which was more formal and a pub which is where we ate with our family. I'm not sure if there is a difference in price between the pub and dining room, but I would say beware of the specials, they are quite pricey. I would stick to the main menu.

This place rocks! The second I mentioned that I was gluten free, they asked if I was sensitive or if I had Celiac. They can make almost everything they have 100% celiac friendly. They have gluten free pasta, all of there meats are hormone free, and they have gluten free bread for starters. Their pasta very well might have been the best gf pasta I've ever had.

We ate in the Pub twice last week. It was great! They don't use flour to thicken things. Bit slow as it was a busy Spring Break week. You need reservations for the dining room. The gluteneaters and I enjoyed the food.
3/2015 - ate there twice again! Had sole stuffed with gluten free bread crumbs! Such a great place for a Celiac

We are Frisco locals and Vinny's is one of our very favorite places to eat on a special occasion or any other day of the week. You can choose to sit in the bustling bar or in the fine dining restaurant. The food never disappoints and I am a gluten free vegan. Vinny easy accommodates this strict diet and delivers a delicious meal every time.
