100% gluten free!!! I was so happy to find this place! My kids even liked it and one is uber picky. They also don't use dairy to cook anything. The sweet potato noodles are delicious! I wish there were more of these places!

This was our first visit to Bolay. Awesome service and the food was amazing,! The staff was very knowledgeable about any other allergens besides gluten that would not be suitable for our family. My only gripe is that they are only in Florida. Pleeeease consider expanding!!!! We'd welcome you with open arms in the Twin Cities 🤞 Definitely a new go to spot the next time I'm in Florida!

We're always happy when we're in a part of the country that has a Bolay! This location was especially bright and clean with very friendly employees. Dedicated GF, yummy food, and lots of choices. We particularly like the kale salad, pesto noodles, and power beans. Good sized portions and the food travels well. We always take some back to the hotel. Bolay is a safe, delicious, and great choice!

I stopped by a BOLAY to grab a few bowls to have at my hotel while on vacation in Cape Canaveral. So glad I did! First time trying this place. I thought the bowls were fantastic as I like to have protein with every meal. Citrus chicken and the sweet potato noodles were my favorite but also really enjoyed the mushrooms and broccoli.

This whole place is dedicated gluten free and it is amazing! It is a healthy, fast food place. The staff are very welcoming and professional. There are many different things to choose from including tons of veggies and proteins. It can easily accommodate vegetarian, paleo, and keto diets. Highly recommend! I had the Spicy Thai shrimp and chose a base of sweet potato noodles, brussel sprouts, and kale salad. Delicious! I even got to have a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie...so good. The picture shown is what my son ate: a base of sweet potato noodles, broccoli, and beef with sriracha sauce.
