The food here is really good. Dedicated fryer for the fries. The Cheeseburger in Paradise works with the gluten free bun, BUT the bun is really crumbly.
We returned for a second visit and were informed by the waiter that the menu was not correct. It under-identified items that were gluten-free. Among the additions the nachos (with chicken instead of chili; several salads, the grilled chicken sandwich; and, the brownie sundae). It was an amazing experience.

BEWARE! I got glutened and I asked the server to communicate my need and ordered a labeled item. Bun was GF but either that or the fries was not okay. Had symptoms before I got home.

We got there about 3pm, but still waited for a table for 8 people. Our server was nice. Gluten free items were marked on the menu, but there weren't many choices besides salad and burgers. I got the volcano nachos and a side of fries because they had a separate fryer. I asked if the chili on the nachos was gluten free, and the server said it was. The nachos were tasty, but huge, and the fries were perfect. Nothing was marked from the kitchen, so I had to confirm with the food runner that my fries were gluten free. Made me nervous, but I didn't have any reactions.

Very fun environment at Pigeon Forge location. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and we felt very comfortable. Gluten free items marked on menu. Fair variety but seemed like more burgers, fries, salads type place. We usually avoid appetizers because not many options at places, but they had huge table size GF nacho appetizer. My GF daughter loved it! We couldn’t even finish them all! Separate fryer and really liked the fries. Would go back if had the option.

Good food. Items are marked. Waitress was not knowledgeable on procedures for preparing food and food was not marked coming out. It makes me nervous as a celiac patient but we were on vacation and this a good stop.

Had a bunless burger (they do have GF buns but I just prefer it without) Waitress informed me the fries were gluten free and have a dedicated fryer. I did have a reaction to something. The fries did have seasoning on them. All plates came out the same and at the same time making me nervous from the start.

We ate here during our day exploring Key West. My daughter with Celiac’s disease got the kids cheeseburger in paradise with fries. The server was very knowledgeable about food allergies. When our meal was brought out there was a ticket with my daughter’s meal to show that they had prepared the meal gluten free. This was a first for us and we appreciate the attention to detail. She enjoyed her meal and did not get sick.

We took the VIP tour at Universal and lunch was included at Margaritaville. The server was knowledgable and told they had a dedicated frier (always a win) and they could accommodate most of the plates. My daughter had a cheese burgers with fries and really liked it. They also offered salmon, chicken and steak.

I was excited to have a good burger on GF bun. Some restaurants or fast food (like chick fil a) just give you a bun wrapped separately or they fall apart while eating. But this was a nicely toasted bun like a restaurant burger should be!! Was very good. Not too thick and didn’t fall apart while eating.

The garlic bacon burger is sooooo good. The bun was amazing! It tasted like actual bread, the best I've ever had. They don't have a seperate menu, but the gluten free items are marked with a wheat symbol. They also have a seperate fryer for fries. As soon as I told our waitress I had a gluten allergy, she told me what I could have and made sure the kitchen knew. It was a great experience and will definitely go back.

Greeted by waitstaff and asked about allergies, they said they take gluten allergies seriously. Have separate fryers for gluten free items.
Everything on the menu you can have is marked with a wheat symbol. If you want a burger or a salad, that's pretty much what you're stuck with.

Our server, Veronica was very knowledgeable. I asked her what the “gluten sensitive” part of the menu meant and she basically said it means gluten free. They have gluten free buns and a couple random items are gluten free (the salmon and a rice and pineapple dish are gf but could be remembering that wrong). They have a separate fryer for gf fries which I got along with the burger in paradise and a side of ranch. I also got a virgin strawberry margarita which was great. When they brought out my food a separate guy brought it so it didn’t touch the other gluten containing food. It helped me feel like they cared about cross contamination!

I was disappointed. I went to Margaritaville 8 years ago and it felt very easy to order food and the staff were knowledge. Maybe the server was new, but she could not answer a single question about the gluten status of foods, went to ask the kitchen four times, came back out and said the rice would not be safe (then went back and confirmed it was?), and just kept saying [insert menu item here] would be potentially cross contaminated but it might be gluten free actually? I wish she’d either asked a chef to come out or had a manager come over. Once the food came out, it was decent and I did clean my plate (we had flown that day and hadn’t eaten in 12 hours), and we made sure to tip since she did run around asking questions. I just wouldn’t say that Margaritaville can accommodate easily anymore.

The server didn’t seem very knowledgeable when I told him I had Celiac, but was able to answer my questions, he just sounded like he was answering with a question. They then made my burger with a regular bun & an onion ring on top, so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to remake my burger correctly while my table ate their food. I am glad they took the time to remake it safely, but we had already waited an hour for our food. The buns were hard but okay, and the fries were really good. Didn’t get sick but didn’t feel safe eating it either.

Gluten free buns for the burgers and they said the house (frozen) margarita mix was gluten free. Fries are NOT in a separate frier, so cross contamination is assured. Flavor of the food was fine, and they swapped in a salad for the fries. My order got a little messed up but it was minor and non-allergy related.

The waitress we had seemed very uncertain about everything and I couldn’t get a straight answer except that the Burger and fries was the safer choice so I went wire that and I was fine. It’s nice to be able to have fries. They didn’t ask how I wanted my burger cooked so it was pretty sad and dry. I would’ve liked other options but they really couldn’t confirm cross contamination of nachos, etc.

We were the first and only customers in the restaurant for lunch, I clearly stated my allergies, ordered a meal marked gluten friendly, and then they brought out chicken that was over cooked and clearly tasted like fried food (maybe pan fried in old oil instead of “grilled”). Then was assured the chef would be consulted (why was this not done the first time?) and I waited 45 min before they brought my food. My family’s meals were not allergy but were also messed up. The manager did comp our meal and apologized and said she’d sit down and discuss the issue with the chef. That was good business practice but too late for me —I will never eat here again and it ruined part of a vacation day.

My family really wanted to eat there so I went along, had a chicken sandwich on a gf bun ( that quickly fell apart but it's to be expected) and fries ( separate fryer) and a margarita. Pam, our server, was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me all the steps taken to avoid cross contamination without me asking...her first question was if anyone had allergies. I had a great time and felt safe! And I didn't get sick :)

Not a lot of options, but enough. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad and a Perfect Margarita. That margarita was perfect. It was a really delicious drink. The salad was ok--the chicken was really dry... Really, really dry. Some pieces were hard to cut.
Husband (not gf) ordered a Cheeseburger in Paradise with a turkey burger and sweet potato fries. He said his burger was good, but the fries were terrible. They were soggy and they did actually look pretty sad.
Not sure what all the rave reviews are about. It's only so-so chain food, not amazing. If you're gf and you need a place to sit down and eat, sure. But there are better places in Key West.
