Has become my favorite restaurant, the menu is marked with gluten free and vegan options, the atmosphere is great, the food is fresh and so so delicious! My personal favorite is the salmon kabobs with braised white beans. Also, they have hummus and pita on the menu, but I substitute cucumbers instead of pita and it's gluten free.
Excellent gluten-free tuna salads (two types), chicken salad. The potato salad is not great, but it is gluten-free. Wish they had bread for sandwiches (like the Corner Bakery Cafe next door), but it's a great lunch option either way. The dressing on the table is gluten-free and delicious!
Love eating here! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Never have any reactions to their food. Weekly staple in my house!
Exceptional! Unique menu with good options. The kabobs are to die for. Ran out of steak when they were to do mine and gave me my whole portion of our meal for free. Gave my picky eating celiac daughter a extra side of rice for free when she started loving it. Will go out of our way to visit next time through.
I was told gluten free was not a problem, but their idea of gluten free us not putting pita bread on the dish. But after I ate the meal I realized I shouldn't of had the rice which turn out to be pilaf!! The gluten free dish should have come with a bean side dish after reviewing their on-line menu. My wife also ordered a gluten free so that we could share, but there was a pasta noodle in it. I am suck as I type this review. If you have celiac stay away from this chain!!
I love Zoës! Eaten here enough times to get freebies from their app. They can sub in gluten-free sides. The white beans are delicious. I usually get salmon kabobs. My fella complains about 3/4 of the time that the steak meat is too tough but still he orders it. The veggies usually have a preponderance of onions and my order is often not quite right. But the food is yummy, fast, and healthy!
Great gluten free menu options
We have eaten at Zoe's on Zelda many times, but today was not a good experience. We ordered the Shrimp Kabob split and it came to our table on one plate. The waiter knew it should have been split, but he did not offer to take it back to the kitchen and have it split it on two plates. I gave the instructions to the checker twice but she was having difficulty hearing me due to the loud music, the loud drink/ice machine and the conversation in the restaurant along with orders being shouted to the kitchen. It appeared that the kitchen/restaurant was sorely understaffed. We will probably go back but give explicit instructions to the checker to split the order on two plates. I understand from the waiter that the checker forgot to put the instructions on the ticket. We will not order the shrimp again because it was very tough. We will stick with the chicken kabob and ask that it be cooked while we wait without all the black pepper (too much black pepper for one dish).
Have clear option on menu as to whats gluten free and what items are not gluten free. Very tasty.
Zoe's has quite a few options for gluten-free, rather than just salads. The grilled chicken, chicken kabobs and salmon kabobs are all wonderful. The roasted vegetables are great with hummus! Gluten-free items are clearly marked on the menu board and website and the staff is happy to accommodate GF diets.
Chicken Kabobs are great. Have eaten here dozens of times never a problem !!
My family decided that the GF restrictions were not enough for us, so we decided to give our liver a break and try a month of vegetarian. I was not expecting to like it. We are gluten free out of necessity, by the way. The restaurant was so very clean; the staff was friendly and accommodating. The tomato bisque soup was so delicious that I had to have another cup. My husband's favorite was the potato salad and my daughter's the white beans. Definitely coming back!
Excellent! And their rice pilaf is now gf, and so yummy! I always order the shrimp kabobs. They have a great selection
Great food! I get the sampler platter (chic salad, potato salad, Greek slaw and fruit in place of the pita wedges/pasta salad which are not gf). My daughter also gets the kid's grilled chicken strips with fruit and chips. We've never had any problems with contamination.
