This is my go to restaurant now. I’ve never had any issues, the food is always amazing and the staff is very friendly and attentive. You can get just about anything off the regular menu gluten free.

Burton's is one of our go-to's that we trust. We eat here about once every two months or so. I have never gotten sick and they are always careful with my order. A manager usually brings out my food on a square plate (the non allergy food comes out on round plates). I love their gluten free wings, crab crusted haddock, burgers, fish sandwich, salads, and the chocolate cake is to die for. The service is usually good as well - refilling drinks before they're empty; checking in often but not too often. We often go to Burton's for special occasions like birthdays with extended family as well. Overall a great dining experience!

I had an unpleasant experience at the Westford location. I had asked for my steak to be cooked medium And I received a rare one. I cut the steak in 3 pieces And enjoyed my sides waiting for the server to check back in. The manager Jennifer took my plate Back to the kitchen. Nothing really out of the ordinary up to this point. For my surprise she brought back the same 3 pieces of steak I had cut and touched with my fork while I was enjoying the sides. When I asked my server if they had the habit to repurpose food from clients table back on the grill, she said she was going to call the manager. I watched them talk for a while and my server came back to explain they have a separate oven where they ”heat up” the food that has been out at people‘s table. I told her I used to be a server at Burtons in Nashua and the protocol was always to throw the food out. I could tell she was uncomfortable and watched her once again go talk to her manager, who was too busy eating at a few tables away and didn’t make an effort to come back to our table. I know for a fact my saliva was on that steak she took and threw it in the oven. I can’t think of another word other than disgusting for the experience I had and what I learned today.

So happy to find this place with their GF options! Almost the whole menu is GF. They do offer a separate menu but it was only missing a handful of items that can not be prepared GF. They only have one fryer but they use it exclusively for GF items! I actually had pasta for the first time since my biopsy two months ago - so good!! The staff was very knowledgeable and confirmed with me along the way. Great experience.

My daughter has celiac and was recently glutened. I called the manager to let them know this occurred in order to understand how this might of happened. We ordered takeout entire order was gluten free we stated that my daughter is celiac. I have not received a call back from them not feeling confident about ordering again.

Very aware of cross contamination. A manager brought out each of my items (separately from my guest, who is not gluten free). Having gluten free bread and oil to dip was a nice touch. The food was delicious, the staff was sweet, and I didn't get sick. I'll definitely be back.

Had a great experience at Burton’s! They have an actual GF menu with meals other than salad on it. For an app my (non GF) family and I shared the buffalo chicken dip, and it was great. After apps they actually brought out GF focaccia with a pesto dipping oil. A delicious surprise! For my main meal I got the chicken carbonara which was also great and a good size portion. I took home about half.

The staff was great, and I could tell they took great care in ensuring my meal didn’t get cross-contaminated. Would definitely go back.

Super nice and knowledgeable staff. I ordered takeout and right off the bat they asked me if I had any food allergies. As soon as I said celiac, they knew exactly what to do. Good food and their positive ratings on here are well deserved.

Burton’s offers excellent food & service. As their owner has celiac, almost all menu items can be made GF and easily DF as well. They have GF/DF bread, Udi’s buns, penne & sometimes spaghetti, as well as a dedicated GF fryer. If you haven’t been, I would highly recommend!

Yes safe, but the prices have gone up, and the quality down. My salad was a bit rusty, and the plain chicken (boiled?) Was cold with faint warm grill marks. FYI the lemon vinaigrette is quite sweet.

Outstanding GF menu and service. Pricey, but worth every penny. We come from a GF wasteland, so this was a special treat.

Staff was very knowledgable about celiac disease and offered many gluten free options. Manager came to deliver my meal personally. Highly recommend the short ribs!

Staff is knowledgeable and they have a dedicated menu for gf (which surprisingly is almost the same as the regular menu). Lots of options and food is delicious. They take the allergy very seriously: a manger delivers all gf food and they are served on different shaped plates.

Amazing!! The service from the hostess to our server, Peter, was A+, the GF options many and the atmosphere very nice for either an intimate or family style dinner. The manager brought over the GF faccocia with herbed olive oil himself. I had the fried risotto balls, pan seared scallops with risotto, creamed corn and bacon ( what can I say, I like risotto) and a not too rich molten chocolate cake with strawberry frozen yogurt. Provisimo! Wish one was closer to us!

amazing start to finish! They inquire when you arrive if anyone needs a gluten free or veggie menu (so you don't have to ask). The waiter noted that I had a GF menu and made a note to tell the chef. The manager brought my roll and food out separately. it was delicious and I felt really confident about it.

Oh my goodness- this place is my favorite and the place I feel most comfortable with when I eat out. When you arrive, say that you need gluten free and the knowledgeable staff will immediately help you and even bring you GF bread to munch on. The GF menu options are extensive, they have their own fryerlator for GF, and they bring you the GF stuff on a separate shaped plate. There are even several amazing dessert options. An executive with the company has Celiac or is GF, so the waitstaff and chefs are all well trained in cross contamination. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Very knowledgeable re celiac. Full gf menu with a large variety of choices. Truly the most enjoyable meal, with great flavors, helpful service and careful attention to ingredients and cross contamination. When a gf dessert had one ingredient not certified gf, the manager came out and told us, since they knew I have celiac, and offered a free fruit cup instead. Can't recommend it enough!

Amazing date night out! Food is always on point as is their staff!! The gf rolls make you feel so normal and not alienated vs sitting and watching everyone else inhale! Love this place, have before I was GF now it's our special date nights!

Lots of GF options. They served a small GF dinner roll. I ordered Spicy Calamari & a Haddock Sandwich. Both were good and did not taste salty like some calamari I've had at other places. We went during lunch and it was not too busy. We went back a week later to bring our 5 year old since they have good options for kids.

This place was amazing. They have gf menu but my husband had regular menu and they were almost identical. My husband had the gf fried haddock sandwich and I had crab crusted haddock with Mac and cheese. Everything tasted great. Lots of appetizers, main menu food and a chocolate cake that I got to go because I was to full but looks wonderful.

I am blown away by my experience here! The hostess asked if anyone needed a GF menu before we were even seated. There was a blurb on the menu about how seriously they take accommodating dietary restrictions. My food was delivered to the table separately by gloved hand with confirmation that it was gluten free. Celiac can be so isolating sometimes, especially in restaurants, but Burtons gave me a sense of normalcy and inclusivity. Great job Burtons!

I've eaten here several times and have never gotten sick. They are knowledgeable and always happy to accommodate my diet. The gluten-free menu is extensive. I love their burgers and how their buns don't get mushy or fall apart like so many others do. This is the only restaurant I've ever been to that offers a gluten-free bread service (although it is an extra cost) - the focaccia is delicious. Usually I don't have room for dessert, but I did try the cheesecake one time and it was amazing, creamy and decadent. I wish I lived in town so I could go here all the time.

Burtons has a dedicated GF menu with lots of choices. My son ordered the burger and fries and he said it was delicious, especially the bun. Also, the server brought his food out first, then our food was brought out separately. Service was great. We will be back.
