I go to this place all the time. I only had one incident were there was none GF pasta mix into my food. The manager who was GF was very good at handling the situation. I just make sure that they know I am Have a medical GF problem and that usually solves it. So be careful here but I don’t get sick ever.

Usually we have good experiences here... until our last visit. Ordered my celiac daughter gf pasta and explained her diseases/allergy prior to ordering. Pasta came out with a gluten spaghetti noodle mixed in with gf penne. Spoke with the manager and server and they both said they understood and had another dish prepared. Manager said she spoke with the kitchen herself. The second dish came out with yet another gluten spaghetti noodle in the gf penne. We were livid. Manager was clearly embarrassed and couldn’t explain how this could have happened. Will not go back.

gluten free kids pizza is great
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
I was assured the food was gluten free after I explained I have celiac and ordered from their “gf” menu. I got so very sick after eating o my 1/4 of my mushroom burger.
No
They advertise as gluten free and that there is no cross contamination.
And yet I got sick there three consecutive times in a row.
The employees need to get better training there in terms of gluten allergies and to be aware that it is an actual health issue for people and not just a stupid fad.
No
They have tons of gluten free food. I spoke with them at wave length about cross contamination and they could not have been nicer. They seemed to totally get it. Manager came over a lot to help. Felt like a lot of good humans who really wanted to make it right for my daughter. Couldn’t ask for more.
They have all there GF items marked on the menu. Salads, burgers, fish, pastas. French fries in dedicated fryer. I had an appetizer of corn mesa cakes topped with avocado and sour cream and salsa. It was very good. The waitress we had (HB location) was knowledgeable and had family with celiac and told us she would have the chefs be careful about cross contamination. I have celiac and I didn't get sick so I'm guessing it was all prepared safely as possible in a kitchen that has gluten also. I will go back.
I have eaten at 3 different locations and gotten sick every time. I ordered pasta the last 2 times and they both came out with Gluten noodles. The 2nd time I caught it before eating. they were nice about it. But it was kinda frustrating to me because I told the waiter that I would get very sick if I ate it and she said she would tell the chef to be careful.
The GF menu is a good size and has good options. The food was good besides the fact that I got sick. There chefs could use more training on GF.
If you are risky enough it has good food. Just becareful. Hope this helps

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference

Tried to order a gluten free four cheese pasta for my Celiac daughter. When asked if they cook the pasta in separate water and use separate utensils, they said unfortunately they cook it in the same water as gluten pasta and they can’t use separate water. :(
