A Huge GF menu! So pleased with the service and great sports grill atmosphere. Loved out nachos, and fish tacos.

I’m in town in vacation and went here to meet up with a friend. They have a dedicated Gluten free menu and the waitstaff was very understanding of my concerns. From what I gather, the owner has Celiacs and has educated the staff to a large degree. My food was wonderful and I will visit there next time I’m in town.

They were out of the fried fish so had a mashed potato gravy meal with fried chicken on top. The fried chicken strips were overdone. I’d go back to try something else though as their gf menu was huge.

Amazing food. The fried fish was great and this means a lot because I hate fish. Wish this was closer to home!

Very attentive to allergies. Wanted the chicken strips or fried fish but it has buttermilk in the coating. I did take a bit and it's so yummy.

This is a very safe place for Celiacs with the largest selection of GF options around. I like to go when it isn’t too busy, but they always take precautions to avoid cross contamination. That said, it isn’t a guarantee…they do their best. I eat here all the time and have never had an issue. I feel safe and comfortable here.

**NOTE: The Higher-Ups at this business have family with Celiac**
This place knows G-Free!!! We were a party of 5 with only 1 being Celiac. Her meal was prepped & delivered separate from the rest to prevent Cross-Contamination. Nice menue selection. Food tasted being great. SUPERB staff (Denessa was FABULOUS!). Loved the atmosphere: sports tavern style with LOTS of screens, but not so loud as to not be able to hear conversations.
A must-try if you are in the area!

I haven’t been able to find a place that I feel safe enough eating wings at. The Hub uses a dedicated fryer for all their gluten free items. I got the fish tacos, traditional wings, and garlic fries. Didn’t get sick. Highly recommend!!

It’s been such a long time since I’ve eaten fish and chips as I have celiac. They’re gluten-free fish and chips were divine. I will definitely be back to try other gluten-free foods

Nearly the whole menu is GF!! Ask for the gluten free menu though as they update things periodically. Great food. Seriously, I’ll be back. What a gem.

When I was out of Nima testers, I went here several times when I had to be in town for a funeral. I just took a GlutenEase as a precaution and didn't have any reactions.
I went back in late December with a group on a crowded Sunday night. This time I have Nima testers. I wanted a gluten free pizza, but went conservative and got a spicy chicken tender sandwich with fries. My Nima test of the breading, bun, and fries tested positive for gluten. But it was a very low amount, and given the group setting and busy kitchen, I took a GlutenEase and had my meal with no issues.
Since pizza is notoriously a source of Nima fail, I recommend a sandwich or burger if you have a gluten cutter. But if you are sensitive and have no pills, the salad is probably the best (which was huge with a lot of steak on it).

I've been to restaurants where the gluten-free section of the menu lists a salad. Not this place they almost duplicated their full menu into a gluten-free menu. You have to ask for a gluten-free menu, great selection of good tasting gluten-free options. To include fried cod, a hamburger bun that doesn't taste like greeny tapioca. A great selection of gluten-free beer that tastes like beer.
Have been diagnosed with Celiacs by GI specialist and am awfully particular regarding food and environment.
First off, the waitress was simply superb! Wonderful. Helpful initially finding a seat and explaining the menu. Also, after the meal with a food issue.
Second, the food is not that good. Its... OK. But, not good enough to go back again.
The Mediterranean salad was subpar with poor flavored dressing. Presentation not good as it appeared to be prepped salad and just not the type of salad I craved. Then the lowly dressing. Ate about 1/5 of the salad. On a much better note the salad was taken off the bill on the waitress's action. I didn't request this and even declined when she asked me. Did I say she was wonderful?
Next the fish tacos were not good. The gluten free corn shells were limp and vanilla. No texture. No flavor. Just unnecessary carbohydrates and calories. The first if three tacos barely had any sauce e on it and was dry loose ingredients of... stuff and white fish.
You taste (kinda) what you eat.
The next two out the three tacos were better as there was more sauce present.
However, I used my fork and ate the intra-shell filler ingredient of the remaining two corn taco shells. I ate maybe 1/4 of the first corn taco shell before stopping the cool limp carbo loading.
Lastly.... ambiance. Too dark and WAY too loud. Unnecessary music. Couldn't hear TV programs or conversations. Just loud unpleasant discordant noise.
Too many programs on TVs. Focus a group. Sports or something else. Not everything. Just way too distracting especially with the too loud awfully poor selection of loud music.
But, my waitress was from heaven.
The food was quite bad. Not near worth the price. Ambiance... there isn't. Appears to be aimed for those who need to be stimulated. Too many TV programs flashing around for short attention spans and club like music too loud for those who like to carry on an actual conversation.
The neighborhood is good. Good location
Ample parking.
Great note: they have TWo gluten-free beers available.
I’ve eaten here twice and both times I got the gf chicken tenders. The first time they were amazing! The second time they were burnt and not as good so I’m really hoping it was just a one-time thing. I’m willing to give it another try though.
Wonderful gluten free menu! Had the Baja Bowl and they were able to customize for my digestive needs. Friendly staff.

They have a pretty big GF menu, and a dedicated fryer!

Extensive gf menu, separate gf fryer, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely go back!

We drove for 40 minutes to watch the NCAA championship game and eat gf here. But unfortunately, my husband got glutenated and really sick.
I researched and read many great reviews so we drove quite a ways just to hang out at a real sports bar with a gluten free menu. The environment was great and the gf menu was extensive but there was obviously a disconnect in the kitchen.
My husband won't come back...bummer.
Update...5/1/2019
I have eaten here since they opened...have not been I'll 1 time...the staff caters to my extensive list of food sensitivities. Feel safe and comfortable. Everything on the GF menu is great
My #1 gluten free option in town. I eat here at least 2+ times a week for the last 2+ years. Never once cross contaminated. The menu options are amazing, so much flavor.

GREAT gluten free menu! I’ve had the wings, Baja bowl, chicken strips, and beer. All were delicious! Excited to tour the rest of the menu.

I love to eat here when I visit my family in Mesa! The GF menu is huge and they take special care to prepare them separately!
Yes
I appreciate the extensive Gluten Free options at The Hub but every time I’ve eaten there, I just don’t feel quite right. I also haven’t been impressed with the way the food tastes - and I have gotten about 6 different meals. (Though, the garlic fries are amazing!!!) Over all we have pretty much given up eating here.
Huge GF Menu! I love sitting out on the patio in the beautiful weather and the food tastes great!

Great place, separate gluten free menu! They brought out a gluten free biscuit from a local bakery just for my daughter. Dedicated fryers for chicken wings and tortilla chips. Highly recommend!
Yes
Smoked wings and a dedicated fryer! Need I say more? Huuuge Selection of GF options and requests are taken seriously.
Yes
Great food! Owners are personally familiar with celiac so understand the precautions needed, and they don't mark up prices just because its GF!! <3
Yes
Great smoked wings, beverages, huge GF menu for adults and kids. Absolutely amazing staff.

Fried chicken strips and fries. Not health food, but delicious and no reaction
Most amazing gluten free fish tacos EVER!

Amazing! Worth the drive to try!
We love this place! One side is a big busy sports bar and the other size is more restaurant but with a bunch of TVs. We don't drink and like the quieter restaurant side. The GF menu is HUGE! I really like the fish tacos, the ravioli, and the wings! The potions are huge just like the menu. My celiac daughter and myself (also celiac) often share a meal. My non-celiac husband and extended family members love the food as well! My kids love the ginormous treasure box that they get to pick from at the end of our meal and ask all the time if they can go to the "treasure box restaurant and get some chicken wings!"
Amazing food and service! Waitress was very knowledgable and helpful. Chef even came to our table and brought us a special GF biscuit treat since it was our first time in. GF bun for burger and bread for sandwiches. Highly recommend!!

By far THE BEST gluten free menu I have yet to have been given. The food was amazing, and the service was so helpful. The manager has celiac and makes up the GF menu himself. They brought us complimentary gf biscuits that were amazing when we said it was our first time there. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!!
Yes
The food here is amazing-regular and gf!!! They have a full gf menu and the prices are reasonable. My daughter has celiac and this is her favorite place to go out and eat.
Yes
Very friendly, my daughter loved the biscuit with honey & butter they brought out to us. She had the chicken strips & fries. I had the smoked wings. They were fabulous. I also had the cheesesteak & sweet potato fries. So yummy& so much food I wanted to bring home the leftovers.
Yes
All the food was fantastic. From the wings to the chocolate dessert! Best gluten free :)
Incredible food, the stuffed green chilies are amazing! So many choices; probably 40+ items.
Yes
This place has the best gluten free menu I have seen. The place was busy for a Friday night and still got us seated in a reasonable amount of time. I had the steak flank sandwich, which was incredible. It was great to have staff that are knowledgeable about celiacs and a kitchen that takes proper measures. I will definitely be back!

A whole gluten free menu! Delicious!
Yes
Absolutely amazing! Had a great buyer that was cooked just like I like it and it was cooked over a flame. My friend is a celiac and the menu was a gluten free dream. The gluten-free pizza and wings were wonderful. Don't miss this place!
Omg!! Seriously, our first visit. I am overwhelmed just reading the GF menu! I've got choices -at last. I had the GF fish tacos. Delicious. Hubby had Hub's club. Taking food home. We will be back, for sure. So glad to find this place.
Obsessed with this restaurant!!!

Love this place! Amazing menu, so much to choose from, great knowledgeable staff. Always feel safe eating here.

I have Celiac and so do three of my 4 kids. We are all highly sensitive, and have eaten there 6 times to date and have had excellent experiences every time. The general manager has celiac and runs a tight shop. There is extensive training for the staff. There is a large gluten free menu and have tried many things off the menu w/no reactions. The staff is very friendly and appreciate their taking the time to talk it all through w/us. One of the things i missed most was Outback's Cheesy Fries. They finally have an alternative that though not the same, their exploding cheddar skins are excellent and we get them every time. I am grateful for an East Valley option to eat and I'm glad they're a few miles from my house off of sossaman, otherwise we'd eat there too often.
Yes
From what I could gather, the owner has Celiac. this place was a haven. Excellent food, comprehensive GF menu, delicious food, and even a GF chocolate peanut butter molten lava cake, which was made in-house and was absolutely delicious (not on GF menu though, so you gotta ask about it, but it is amazing!) The HUB is a remarkable establishment, has definitely earned my loyalty after just 1 visit.
Yes
Large GF menu!! Love it! Had wings and a Reuben. God beer too.

March 2014- I went here when they were working on the gluten free menu about 6-8 months ago. I think I was speaking to a manager at that time. Someone high up on the food chain there has Celiac. He let me review the menu and told me at that time they would accommodate me without the menu, but they wouldn't roll out the menu until they were GIG certified. I have returned a couple times after the rolled out the menu, which is huge, by the way, and I have felt confident in the servers, the kitchen staff, and have never had a problem. Plus, the food I have had there is pretty delicious!
*As an amendment to my previously posted statement, in October I got food poisoning here leading to a costly medical bill (dehydrated on a weekend needing an IV = ER). I had gluten free chicken tenders in a dedicated frier and chips and salsa.
