My son is severely allergic to wheat dairy and eggs. We rarely go out to eat but knowing they had a vegan / wheat free option we decided to try. All went well, except that the person making my pizza (not allergic) reached into the gf pizza crust box to pull one out for me with her gloves that she had just used to make a regular pizza. She shouldn’t be putting her hands in that box AT ALL without changing gloves. The person who made my sons pizza instead used new gloves to take out the crust and made it in a different location entirely, so I felt ok about it.
I was met w some pushback when I asked for sorbetto from the back not from the front where it was all cross contaminated w scoops from all flavors. I did have to ask that a new spoon be used as well. The girl who grabbed from the gf box w dirty gloves made me feel a little bad about my requests, but everyone else was super nice and accommodating. My son did not have a reaction so we’ll be back.
I hope if management reads this though they’ll consider informing the staff NO ONE should be reaching into the gf box w gloves that touched regular dough.
For reference we had: gf vegan pizza with sorbet afterwards.

They have 10” individual pizza. I told them I have an allergy and they took my order and made my food in the back kitchen. I waited 4 hours before I wrote my review because I’m sensitive. I have not gotten any type sick. So this is a win. ;)

Ordered a gluten-free margherita for my daughter. Whilst the staff were knowledgeable and the pizza was prepared at the back, the pizza was inedible as the dough wasn't cooked. It was subsequently put in the oven which didn'r help. We got a new pizza which was exactly the same and were told it is always like this to avoid cross contamination?!? Having read all the glowing reviews they must have had a bad batch but nevertheless it was disappointing to receive such a poor quality product

"It is possible that there may be trace amounts of flour among our toppings. Our team members would be happy to change their gloves and build your pizza in a separate prep area in the back upon request if you are allergic to gluten. Gluten-free pizzas are baked in an aluminum tray to promote easy identification and reduced gluten contact. However, since we do work around flour all day and ALL pizzas are baked in the same oven, we can not guarantee that trace particles of flour and/or gluten are not in and around gluten-free items."
My son didn’t like the pizza. He also got a stomachache and other symptoms. We would not go here again. Some of the non GF adults liked their pizza and my teen didn’t.

We ordered the GF pizza and it was prepared in a separate closed room to avoid risk of contamination. Cauliflower crust was delicious. We did not get sick!! No contamination 😊 The food and atmosphere was great. Casual, affordable, and fun. Thank You.

I had a nice, tasty pizza meal here in their outdoor seating area. They made my pizza in the back since I informed them of my gluten intolerance. I had no wheat/gluten reaction afterward. I will eat here again next time my travels take me through Flagstaff.

Had a pepperoni and cheese pizza, was delicious and did not get sick. They make your pizza in the back with fresh ingredients instead of where all of the gluten and flour is from where they make the other pizzas. They have a spot in the oven just for GF and cleaned the oven and utensils first then put my pizza in on its own aluminum pan. Cut the pizza with a clean pizza cutter. And kept away from all other pizzas. Just tell them you have celiac and they will accommodate! Awesome place.

This place is very messy, flour and ingredients all over the place. I’d avoid at all costs if celiac.

Ordered carry-out online and selected all the gluten-free options. Made sure to add notes that we were celiac. Food was good, and haven't had an adverse reaction so far.

Best customer service ever. Allergy pizzas are made in a totally separate area with separate toppings/sauce. I'm severe celiac with DH, I had no reaction from eating an entire 10 inch pizza. It was delicious and I can't wait to go back! My bf also loved his regular pizza. Lovely outdoor seating area with huge fire area and pet friendly.

Stopped here to pick up lunch on our way from the Grand Canyon back to Phoenix. It was a hit with the 5-9 yo kids, parent's, too. Called ahead so it was ready for pick up when we got there. They seem to do a very good job avoiding cross contamination.

Pizza here was great! We got two GF ones- absolutely delicious. They ask you to differentiate if the gf request was preference or allergy which is nice because if you put allergy you can feel really secure that they are taking proper precautions with prep.

Food was great, they basically forgot the gluten free part of our order, when we got our food and gluten free stuff came to us extremely late but they were very nice and offered a refund for it being so late. Food tasted good and was safe for our 2 kids with celiac

I come here often. They make all allergy foods in the back in a separate kitchen. Super knowledgeable staff as well. They have a listing of all gluten free foods right up front. All of the gelato except the cookies and cream is GF and they always use a dedicated scoop for each gelato flavor so there's no cross contact. My favorite pizza is the BBQ Chicken, it's a must try! Price isn't to terrible it's about 20 bucks for a GF pizza with the soda and side combo. They also have an awesome free rewards program if you go semi-frequently it's definitely worth it!

I went in confident and then got a little nervous seeing the set up of the counter. Once I said gluten allergy/celiac the counter people went into a different mode and I felt 100% comfortable. I was assured by 4 people when I asked about keeping my pizza gluten free. I’m happy to report I had no reactions and loved my Hawaiian pizza :)

Pizza was maybe like a 3-3.5 star quality. Like it's fine for the price, $3.5 surcharge for GF kinda sucks but at least it's for a dedicated space in the kitchen. But we did curbside takeout, arrived at the time that the website said the food would be ready, and checked in. We waited for a while and assumed they were busy. After 30 minutes I called to check in again, and in less than a minute I had my lukewarm pizza. Super disappointed with that. Hoping to go again and see if the in-person experience is better, but can't recommend takeout.

The pizza makers were very quick to change approaches as soon as I said gf dough, and I had a gluten “allergy”. The understanding of Celiac disease is still a challenge for many restaurant workers. My pizza was prepared in the back, away from the typical gluten laden prep area. The pizza was good. Crust was thin and not cut all the way through, making it difficult to separate slices. If it had been, they would have gotten 5 stars.

We ordered food for a large group via Door Dash. After order placed, I called directly and spoke to Your Pie. The super nice girl was very knowledgeable about Celiac and said it was no problem. My pizza would be prepared in a separate area with fresh ingredients that have not been cross contaminated. Ahhhhh! What a relief. (I would suggest they could’ve labeled the box for allergies though next time. We ordered 13 items). Pizza was delish

They had gluten free or cauliflower crust and could add any of the available toppings in a build your own pizza fashion.

When I let them know I had an allergy, they offered to make it separate in the back instead of the front where everything else is made. Definitely Gluten and dairy free friendly
They make the GF pizzas in the back with fresh ingredients and cooked in the oven safely. We loved the crust. My son and I are Sensitive Celiac and did great.
Yes
I was so thrilled when I asked for gf crust and the preparer asked if it was an allergy or a preference. When I said my son was celiac, she took the order, removed her gloves and prepared it in a designated separate area. Tasty and everyone’s tummy is happy!
Yes
Pizza was good and they do try hard to prevent cross contamination, however, if they’re busy with lots of pizzas in the oven, I think heat convection causes wheat flour to float all over the oven. I was crampy afterward :(
We got two gluten free pizzas barbeque chicken and the Nat. They tasted great! Like a regular thin crust pizza should taste like. They were very careful with cross contamination. We have tasted a lot of crappy gluten free pizza and this was one of the best we have tasted.
This is the best gf pizza in flag! They make everything separate. I’ve gone there at least once a week for the past year and have never become sick afterwards. The staff is great and very well trained!
Yes
My celiac kids were fine with their GF pizza. However they managed to give me Cesar dressing for my salad which has wheat in it and I was very sick.
No
Staff made my gluten free (celiac) pizza in the back to avoid cross contamination. Amazing pizza, no reaction! Salad and gelato were amazing also.

They make the gf pizzas in the back if you tell them it’s an allergy. Very good service and very knowledgeable about gluten free menu.

I have eaten here several times and really enjoy it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have never gotten sick here, and am very excited about the separate cooking space for gluten free customers. My absolute go to for the best gluten free pizza!
Yes
Very knowledgeable on allergy information, my son and I each got a gluten free cheese pizza which they went in the back to prepare in a separate safe area. It was the best gluten free pizza we have ever had. Thin crust still but delicious
Yes
Love love love Your Pie! Best GF pizza in town. They also have amazing hand crafted root beer, gelato, and salads. If you specify you have an allergy, they make your pizza in a separate oven in the back and use new ingredients so you don’t have to worry about cross contamination. The outdoor patio has fun games and is dog-friendly too! :)
Yes
Very nice about it; let them know it’s an allergy not a preference and they will make the pizza in the back where it is not in a contaminated area up front. they also have small packaged ceaser salads (no croutons) and of course the gelato is GF
