I've eaten here many times and feel safe enough.
I always ask for Shavon as our server. Shavon is one of the best servers anywhere! She's worked at this Carrabbas since it opened maybe 14 years ago. She is very familiar with celiac disease and is on top of it for taking care of the customer. For example, when she rings in my food, she puts the "gluten free" note like 6 times! She will also bring us our soups herself as another precaution.
Recently they changed their type of gluten-free pasta here and it's a bowtie pasta that cooks much better than the previous pasta.
A side of alfredo sauce doesn't cost extra. I sometimes ask for this for my broccoli.

Just ate here a few days ago. Very disappointed. When my plate arrived there was hardly any pasta on the plate. Maybe a quarter cup? Not cool when the entree is $24.99 for chicken. I should have said something but we waited so long for our food I didn’t want to hold up the rest of my party. They also changed the gf pasta to bowties. The other gf pasta was much better in my opinion. In addition, we watched the cook wash off the grill with pasta water. Ugh! Not sure I want to go back.

Carrabbas was one of my favorite places to eat before my celiac diagnosis. I was so excited to find out that many items on their menu are labeled gluten free. Even my favorite menu items! They did sub in gluten free pasta with their Alfredo for me and the pasta was over cooked and pasta sauce was incredibly bland BUT honestly I have never gone there for their pasta. I lean towards their steak and chicken dishes.

The waiter wasn’t the most informed. They tried to bring out the gluten noodles two times, before 5 minutes later bring out the gluten green noddles. When I questioned they told me it was fine. Before eating I looked through and found a gluten pasta noddle mixed into it. The manager was in the middle of showing the package to my husband when I found it. He reports that they have a separate pot for GF but I would heavily question next time.

Carrabbas has some GF items on the menu and they are good. I would like more pasta options in addition to just the one( Penne ). I buy any type of GF Pasta from “A Taste of Italy “ their pasta is the best I’ve tried. I’m looking forward to the day I can eat Veal Marsala with linguine or fettuccine pasta.

I had the house salad with creamy parmesan dressing, chicken trio and garlic mashed potatoes. I was so pleased that I did not get sick. I did tell the waitress I had celiac disease / label my order with an allergy to gluten so the kitchen would prepare with care.

Service was great, but I found the server to be a bit nervous. New hire maybe? I informed him of my wheat allergy. I ordered the shrimp scampi. He asked if I wanted appetizer size. I said yes. The app size came with a handful of small shrimp surrounded by toasted slices of bread. I first asked where the pasta was (there was none) and was about to question why there was bread on my plate when the plate was quickly wisked away and I was asked, "I thought you wanted the appetizer. Maybe it's me, but I have served for many a number of years... I would have double checked that order, esp with a wheat allergy. Too much to worry about there.any celiacs have no clues as to the disease...being allergic will always let you know! Servers need to be more educated. I will go back, but I don't expect servers to know better!

Considering this is a chain, it was an amazing place. They were very careful, even though the rest of my family are gluten eaters, they kept everything separate. Ask and ye shall receive. The food was soooo good and we all had enough for leftovers!
Went back several times and I have never been sick. The chicken soup (without noodles) is the bomb. Like I order it take-out when I’m sick. Just like grandma used to make, but they don’t add any noodles until they are about to serve it, so the soup is prepared gluten-free.

Caveat: I have not ordered in person, just via Grubhub. I have inspected their web ordering interface as well.
Caveat: I am gluten intolerant, not allergic/celiac, so I'm not 100% certain of safety.
Re: ordering online
Ordering GF online is not as easy as it could be.
Most pastas offered have GF variants that can be requested. But those are not listed when ordering online via their online ordering page or GrubHub. You'll need to call in in advance to let them know a pasta order will be coming in and that you need the GF variant. They are very helpful when you call in, but call IN ADVANCE. If you call in after submitting the order, the preparation is likely to have already started by the time you call.
The ordering pages don't list allergies/gluten either next to the items. You'll need to use the national website's allergy page to understand which dishes are risky. Google for "carrabbas allergy". This is pretty awkward and they and GrubHub could do better in this regard.
GrubHub does not appear to provide a way to add a comment to the order to indicate gluten free or any other adjustments.
My delivery arrived, it included no confirmation that the order or pasta was gluten free. It did include bread. When I called in to ask if it was GF bread I was told it was not. So be very careful. Ask questions. Don't make assumptions.

Haven’t dined here, but they had a lot of options marked on their menu so I called to ask about prep and contamination. While they can sub gf pasta in any pasta dish, the woman on the phone said it is all cooked in the same water as wheat pasta, so we won’t be going (celiac). Might be okay if you want to order non-pasta items.

I had their gluten free pasta with the creamy vodka sauce, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes. It wasn’t bad, in fact the sauce was quite good. The only problem was that the pasta was overly soft and the dish was served semi cold.

I’ve eaten here a few times recently, and it’s always been a great experience. They have quite a few tasty GF items labeled on the menu, pasta as well as meat dishes. The servers are knowledgeable. I have asked about protocols, and was told that they use dedicated water for gluten-free pasta, and have a separate prep area for GF. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that I am an asymptomatic celiac, but I do feel comfortable eating here.

We ordered GF pasta and grilled chicken for my daughter- we picked up the order from the restaurant and unboxed it. My daughter quickly ate one noodle before we realized they had given us regular pasta despite having a detailed conversation with the employee that took our order about their protocols.

I almost didn't dine here when I asked if they had a GF menu and they said no, but I saw gf next to several items on the menu. My waiter was very knowledgeable, his sister has celiac. He told me what was and wasn't safe, and told the kitchen to be very careful with mine. I ordered the chicken soup, minus the noodles (they are always added right before serving so the soup is safe), a house salad with no croutons and a ranch dressing, filet, he did check that everything was safe for me, and asparagus. Everything was great and I never felt like I should be worried. 10/10 recommend.

We were able to get a steak. We ordered mw with no seasoning. We got it very well done. It was ok. We had a Caesar salad with no dressing. The only gf ones are olive oil, vinegar, vinaigrette. They had mashed potatoes, asparagus, broccoli or pasta as choices of sides. I couldn’t get most because of seasonings so I got pasta it was swimming in olive oil it was ok but had a sweet taste I did not prefer. Both mine and my sister stomach did not do well at all. If your celiac or gluten sensitive beware

GF menu items were well marked. Our server was excellent and also told my son what pastas could be substitutes with GF pasta. He asked about precautions in the kitchen to avoid cross contact and she was very thorough. She explained that they would prepare his meal away from the others and would use clean pans, utensils, etc. She assured us that she would mark "allergy" on his order and would personally speak to the kitchen staff. Food is fine but our steaks were over cooked.
